Roll Map Generating Device For Merge Wound Electrode
Abstract: A roll map generating device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a position measuring device which, when an electrode moves in a roll-to-roll state between an unwinder and a rewinder, acquires, as coordinate value data, a longitudinal position of the electrode according to the amount of rotation of the rewinder; an input device capable of inputting an input signal indicating the start or end of merge winding when merge winding is performed by connecting at least two old electrodes marked with a plurality of reference points at predetermined intervals so as to form one new electrode; a joint sensor that detects a joint, which is a point of connection between the old electrodes of the merge-wound new electrode, and acquires electrode coordinate values of the joint in conjunction with the position measuring device; a reference point sensor that detects reference points of the merge-wound new electrode, and acquires electrode coordinate values of the reference points in conjunction with the position measuring device; and a roll map generating unit that generates a roll map which simulates the new electrode moving in a roll-to-roll state on the basis of an input signal of the input device, and works in conjunction with the position measuring device, the joint sensor, and the reference point sensor so as to display, on the roll map, the electrode longitudinal coordinate values, the electrode coordinate values of the joint, and the electrode coordinate values of the reference points.
