Roll Mill For Super Absorbent Polymer And Method For Preparing Super Absorbent Polymer Using Same
Abstract: A roll mill for a super absorbent polymer is disclosed. The roll mill for a super absorbent polymer pulverizes super absorbent polymer particles fed thereto, and discharges same therefrom. The roll mill for a super absorbent polymer may comprise a pair of rollers each of which has a plurality of corrugations formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof and which are arranged parallel to each other while being spaced a roll gap apart from each other, wherein the rollers each have the plurality of corrugations formed on the outer circumferential surface thereof, and the number of the corrugations per unit circumferential length of the rollers is 0.89/mm-1.15/mm. In addition, a method for preparing a super absorbent polymer by using the roll mill is further disclosed.
