Rotor, Rotating Electrical Machine, And Method For Manufacturing Rotating Electrical Machine

Abstract: Provided are a rotor that is highly efficient with a high material yield, a rotating electrical machine, and a method for manufacturing a rotating electrical machine. A rotor (100) comprises: a main shaft (600) serving as a rotating shaft; a first resin part (500b) formed by filling the periphery of the main shaft with a resin so as to surround the same; first iron cores (300) disposed so as to be in close contact with the outer periphery part of the first resin part; magnets (200) attached to the first iron cores on the outside in the radial direction; and second iron cores (400) respectively disposed so as to be in close contact with outer-diameter-side end surfaces of the magnets. The structures, respectively formed by the magnets sandwiched between the first iron cores and second iron cores, are disposed in plurality in the circumferential direction with respect to the main shaft. Second resin parts (500a) are respectively formed between the circumferential end surfaces of adjacent second iron cores as well as between the circumferential end surfaces of adjacent magnets. The first iron cores respectively have dividing surfaces (300a), between adjacent first iron cores, having the circumferential-direction end surfaces of the adjacent first iron cores in contact with one another. The second iron cores are such that adjacent second iron cores are not in contact with one another.
