DESCRIPTION
Field of the invention
The present invention relates to an air purification and cooling filter system which is easy and simple to use and low cost which also leads to a highly improved air cleaning system.
Thus, one device which can work for all functions of air cleaning, circulation and cooling.
Also, this air filtering system is very easy to clean and reuse and needs replacement after a long time and is very economical to do so. This is also due to a combination filter set one of which is washable and thus load on the expensive filters is lesser and life is longer.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
There is an ever increasing need to provide clean air environments both at home and in the work place. Especially in urban areas where pollutant levels are in excess of those recommended for good health, it is necessary to upgrade living and work environments by removing harmful contaminants from the air.
The advent of the COVID 19 has resulted in a need for large air purifiers which can remove the COVID virus in its area of operation rendering the area of influence of the purifier sanitized and virus free.
In an effort to provide some relief from airborne pollutants, many offices and homes utilize central filtering systems to remove particles from the air. Unfortunately, such centralized and portable systems, which are economically available, do not remove more than approximately 70-75% of the particles in the air and which are remove more than 90 % of particles are not economical and comes with very high prices.
Such a high-cost systems do not have that much air flow because very bulky filters and whose air throw is also not so large and do not have odour removal and cooling functions
Filter system life very short and cannot be washed and used the filter and replacement of filters are very costly

STATE OF THE ART
Air purifiers filters of various types and structures using a wide variety of air purification systems are being used by a wide variety of manufacturers but one element is common to them that they are very expensive all machines, very expensive cartridges/filters kits to replace frequently and size of filter and air flow is very small also can do no other work besides purify the air.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
This invention consists of a set of filter and housing of filter, which uses a device like an air cleaner consistently in a dry mode and can used as a cooling fan simultaneously and in extreme heat conditions or extreme pollution conditions can be used as an evaporative cooler and/or air cleaner and washed air recirculation
In both the embodiments the filter set allows the device to throw a very high air flow at the cool air outlet for all trace removal of the dust and air pollution pathogens, pollen and gaseous odours etc.
The air filter element is housed in an inventive cabinet which is easily accessible and removable and can be washed easily from time to time leading to a very long life of the air filter.
The device used for this air purification task is the replaceable flow through air filter element consisting of pre filter which is also washable filter and sediment filter to remove large particles and improve the life of hepa filter and activated high density activated carbon filter which remove the most of odours and High Efficiency Particulate Arrestance (HEPA) filter that is disposed within supportive pre filters in the unit cabinet structure, sucks air through the five layer filter which then delivers the air in the path of air being forced there through on its way back to the conditioned space served by the unit when in dry mode.
In the wet mode of operation while the above is happening simultaneously the purifier also circulates water at the top of the honeycomb and the filtered air to the honeycomb dripping with water droplets winch then trap any unfiltered dust particles on their way down

by gravitational action and thus the air becomes totally purified and cooled.
This water spray action for air pollution on removal while simultaneously cooling the enclosed space sought to be pollution free is a unique embodiment for which patent is claimed in due course of time when the pre filters get choked up they can be washed due to easy accessibility of the system.
These Inventive filters set design leads to pure air along with cool air in very large amounts. The air throw is increased because of the housing design of filter and large area of filter make is easy to suck maximum air from filter with 99% purified air. Cooling action is not just for cool the air it also leads to clean the air at a very fast rate and throw the natural cool air back into the room sought to be cleaned.
The design and housing of filter set system makes power consumption very low as there is no extra load on air suction system which makes unit very low on power consumption and also increases the life span of air suction system.
This filter set is also very economical so replacement of filter not to so costly and the replacement period of filter is comparatively more.

CLAIMS
We claim:
1. Innovative and inventive design of structure (image 1, 3&5) of side housing to accommodate 5-layer air filter.
2. Easily accessible and removable housing bracket (image2, 4) which leads to frequent washing to clean up choked air filters and also throw the high rate of air throw.
3. Unique combination of filter (image 5) with large area of filter and also lightweight and long-life filters
4. Unique evaporative cooling function (image 3,4, 6 and 7) use for air purification honeycomb structure to further cleanse the purified air used in combination with the air filters.
5. Low power consumption takes by air suction system (image 3, 4 and 5) through this filter combination system.
6. Very low replacement cost.
7. Ability to filter out 99.9% of pathogens of 100 Nanometres within half an hour of operation in 10X10X10 Room.
8. Ability to filter 99% of pathogens of 0 to 100 Nanometres within half an hour of operation in 10X10X10 Room.
