Abstract: An objective of the present invention is to make calculating SaaS usage fees by SaaS vendors unnecessary and to improve the task efficiency of the SaaS vendors. When an SaaS user (10) uses an SaaS (14) the amount of usage is accumulated in an operation system database (21) via an SaaS execution platform (17). When a user fee calculation date of the SaaS (14) arrives a business platform (18) acquires usage amount information from an operation platform (19) and calculates a usage fee of the SaaS (14) pursuant to the terms of the request by the SaaS user (10) and usage costs of the SaaS execution platform (17) the business platform (18) and the operation platform (19) which an SaaS vendor (12) has used to implement the SaaS (14). When a billing date arrives a usage fee billing of the SaaS (14) is carried out to the SaaS user (10). After receipt of funds a usage cost of an SaaS vending platform (16) by the SaaS vendor (12) is subtracted and the difference is paid to the SaaS vendor (12).
