Abstract: A system and method to ensure safety management of the vehicles and the passengers in the vehicles is disclosed, where in the case of any distress or any accidents, the location of the accident site is automatically sent to the nearby riders and drivers so that they can help the accident victim on time, which can save numerous lives. The system uses the GPS location of the user and a GPS tracker which has to be installed on the user’s vehicle who is travelling on the road and the user’s route will be monitored, where if a user’s vehicle meets with an accident, then the GPS tracker installed on the vehicle which has a distress button, activates automatically and the signal is sent to users which are present in 1 km radius, so that they can arrive to the accident location and help the accident victims.

1. A system to ensure safety management of the vehicles and the passengers: comprising:
a. a website to monitor the movement of the vehicle riders and drivers;
b. a GPS tracker installed on the vehicle;
c. a smartphone with GPS; and
d. a transmission system which transmits the message from the accident victim’s vehicle to the other users who are in nearby locality.

2. A system as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the GPS tracker sends exact pinpoint location of the accident vehicle to the other vehicle riders and drivers who are located in 1 km radius.
3. A system as claimed in claim 1 wherein, when any user responds to the accident victim on time, then all the other users who are connected through the website are alerted so that they can continue their journey.
4. A system as claimed in claim 1 wherein, all the vehicle riders and drivers who are in 1 km radius will be connected with each other through the website.
5. The method involved in transmission of distress signal from the vehicle involved in accident to the riders and drivers located in nearby location: comprising:
a. installation of the GPS tracker on the user’s vehicle;
b. monitoring the user’s vehicle through the website;
c. in case of any accident, then the GPS tracker installed on the vehicle which has a distress button, activates automatically and the signal is sent to users which are present in 1 km radius; and
d. arrival of help to the accident victim;
, Description:Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates generally to the safety management system and more particularly to the system where the safety of vehicles and the passengers in the vehicles can be managed through a website.
Background of the Invention
Safety of vehicles and the passengers traveling in the vehicles are one of the main concerns while travelling by road. The primary form of transport used for day-to-day life is either two wheelers or four wheelers which can be a bike, scooter, cars, trucks, buses and so forth, which the public use for transportation from residence to offices and vice versa. Some individuals use bikes and cars for personal use and buses are mainly used for public transportation.
While commuting through the vehicles on road, the vehicles are prone to accidents which can be caused due to the mistakes from the vehicle drivers or other vehicle drivers, which can lead to the damage to both vehicles and passengers in it. Another main issue which is experienced while travelling is that the vehicles might run into any issue which can stop the vehicle from moving, leading to a condition where the individuals who are travelling in the vehicles cannot reach their destination on time. Yet another issue which is experienced by many individuals while travelling through bikes and cars is that they might be stopped, robbed, and even killed for the purpose or robbery, violation and so forth.
Though there are several systems available like emergency helpline numbers, police patrol vehicles and so forth, which are easily accessible to the drivers, who can seek help from them during distress. But these systems consume lot of time as the help can reach the distressed individual at a delayed time. Therefore there is a need for an advanced system where when the vehicle driver or a passenger request for help, the help can arrive faster, so that the damage caused can be reduced.
Objects of the Invention
The primary object of the present invention is to provide a system and method to ensure safety management of the vehicles and the passengers in the vehicles.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a system and method where a vehicle driver or passenger can easily contact other nearby drivers through their electronic devices.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a system and method where a distress signal is sent to the nearby vehicle riders and drivers automatically in case of any accident, so that help can be sent to the location immediately.

The website maintains all the data of the user where all the users are connected together and their information can be viewed by all the users. Once the user is travelling in a particular route, then the user’s route will be monitored where if a user’s vehicle meets with an accident, then the GPS tracker installed on the vehicle which has a distress button, activates automatically and the signal is sent to users which are present in 1 km radius, so that they can arrive to the accident location and help the accident victims.

With reference to FIG 1, the system comprises of a website to monitor the movement of the vehicle riders and drivers; a GPS tracker installed on the vehicle; a smartphone with GPS; and a transmission system which transmits the message from the accident victim’s vehicle to the other users who are in nearby locality.
