Claims:1. Safety measure inside cab comprises of – an iron mesh or cage surrounding the driver’s seat which in turn separates the driver’s seat from the passenger’s seat and the door latch.

2. The safety measure according to claim 1 where in the iron mesh or cage will act as a separation between driver’s seat and passenger’s seat so that neither the driver can in any way attack the passenger in the cab nor the passenger can in any way attack the driver. Moreover, the cab door latches will also act as an additional safety lock for both passenger’s and driver. Since, the latch cannot be in any way opened from outside the cab, only if the passenger’s or driver opens the latch from inside then only the cab doors can be opened.
, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to safety for women and driver and more particularly to such safety feature in cabs where a simple iron mesh or cage will separate the driver from the passenger sitting at back or at the other side of the driver and also an extra lock which will be added inside the car which is nothing but a latch which will resist any outsider from entering into the cab for any harmful purpose. This safety latch will also protect the cab drivers from the passenger who may be dacoit from entering in the driver’s seat.
DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ART
A number of safety measure in cars have been designed in the past for may be child safety in car etc. such as Patent Publication Number US 7131703 B1 which was about Portable restraining child safety vest for vehicles and the Patent Publication Number US 4828287 A which was about Safety head protector for vehicle cabs. However, none of these safety measure provide for a feature that will protect both the driver and women passenger specially during night by simply separating the driver’s seat with an iron cage or mesh from the passenger’s seat and also adding a latch from inside which will act as a safety lock and will protect both driver and passenger from any other person attacking from outside. This invention is both simple and innovative in providing safety for both passenger and driver in an efficient and economical way.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
It is believed that the prior art consists of the following publications: U.S Pat. No. 4674800 (Ensign Gordon S, June. 23, 1987); U.S. Pat. No. 5074588 (Fred Huspen, December 24, 1991); U.S. Pat. No. 6314578 (Zenkoku Bousai Jigyo Kyogyo Kumiai, November 13, 2001); U.S. Pat. No. 5429418 (Carol A. Lipper, July 4, 1995).

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
It is one of the main objects of the present invention to provide a safety measure for cab passenger’s specially for women in cab travelling at night. Here, in this invention a simple iron mesh or cage will separate the driver from the passenger sitting at back or at the other side of the driver and also an extra lock which will be added inside the car which is nothing but a latch which will resist any outsider from entering into the cab for any harmful purpose.
It is yet another object of this invention to provide such a feature that is inexpensive to manufacture and maintain while retaining its effectiveness.
Further objects of the invention will be brought out in the following part of the specification, where in detailed description is there for the purpose of fully disclosing the invention without placing limitations any further.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION
With reference to FIG. 1, which is a fragmentary cut-away view of a cab-type vehicle showing the installation of the iron mesh or cage 1 surrounding the driver’s seat and thus it separates the driver’s seat from the passenger’s seat.
With reference to FIG. 2, which is the top view of the interior design of the cab, where it is shown that how the iron mesh or cage 1 separates the driver’s seat from the passenger’s seat and also the safety latches 2 which are designed in addition to other locks inside the car to prevent the passenger’s or driver from any outside attack by any person. Since, the door of the cab will not open by any key since the latches will be closed from inside by the passenger or the driver sitting inside the cab.
With reference to FIG. 3, which represents a schematic view of the safety latch, we can understand how a simple door latch can additionally protect the passenger’s specially women and driver from any attack by any outsider since this latch will be closed from the passenger’s or driver sitting inside the cab so that any other person from outside will not be able to open the cab doors until and unless the passenger’s or driver sitting inside the cab opens the latch.
Further, safety of women passengers in cab is a real big problem and an area to improve so that the incidents which happen nowadays in cabs at night specially can be prevented and the journey of the passenger will become more safe and convenient specially at night. Further, this invention is simple and cost effective measure to add a step forward towards the safety of women passengers in cab.
