Abstract: ABSTRACT SCIENTIFIC METHOD FOR DETERMINING AGE AGRICULTURE AND FOOD & OF BOILED RICE Present invention proposed a rice age verification device, which is a smart device which can tell us about the age of the boiled rice. This is great device to save us from food poising and other harmful effects occur due to bad rice or consuming old rice which are harmful for us. We have to place this device near those places where rice is stored or cooked in large amount. Also, it tells about the time period and quality. This is a great device which helps in better targeting of food security. Traditional method followed for estimating the expiry data of rice. This invention is only focused on raw rice. There is no method of vision and wireless is followed in this invention. Authorized verification is done with an authorized application. Our procedure is faster. Biometric data is also available with limited source. This is a great and useful technique. This technique does not need any other sub devices or accessories. This is helpful for users as well as for food security department. It is fully automatic system. This will help in better targeting of food.

This invention relates to scientific method for determining age agriculture and food & of boiled rice.
Background of the Invention
EP0768040A1: The invention relates to a preserved feeding stuff and/or food stuff comprising dried greenmatter of the vegetative plant parts of the species Chenopodium quinoa and a method of preparing it, preferably by drying in a drum drier. The invention also relates to the use of the food/feeding stuff in human food and as feeding stuff for ruminants and monogastric mammals. The food/feeding stuff of the invention is cheap and have a high nutritive value.

US20130142911A1: A prepackaged, fortified meal provides a substantial portion of the daily recommended requirements, which can be adjusted depending upon the intended consumers for the meals. In a first embodiment, the meal contains macaroni, powdered cheese, soy, vitamins, and minerals. The cheese, vitamins and minerals are contained in a small package, and is added to a larger bag with the macaroni and soy. In a second embodiment, the meal contains rice, beans, soy, dehydrated vegetables, vitamins, minerals and seasoning. The vitamins, minerals and seasoning are contained in a small package, which is added to a larger bag with the rice, beans, soy and vegetables. The meals are cooked in boiling water before consumption.
None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed. Present invention is scientific method for determining age agriculture and food & of boiled rice.

The invention will be described and explained with additional specificity and detail with the accompanying drawings.
Present invention proposed a rice age verification device, which is a smart device which can tell us about the age of the boiled rice. This is great device to save us from food poising and other harmful effects occur due to bad rice or consuming old rice which are harmful for us. We have to place this device near those places where rice is stored or cooked in large amount. This is a great device which helps in better targeting of food security.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
The illustrated embodiments of the subject matter will be understood by reference to the drawings, wherein like parts are designated by like numerals throughout. The following description is intended only by way of example, and simply illustrates certain selected embodiments of devices, systems, and methods that are consistent with the subject matter as claimed herein, wherein:
Figure 1 shows a portable device which are connected to edge gateway through Wi-Fi network and then with cloud server through Wi-Fi. The portable device is equipped with camera module for capturing the image and video of boiled rice. The captured data is communicated to the edge gateway through wi-fi communication. The data which is received at the end of edge gateway are processed with the help of deep learning model. The deep learning model which is already trained in edge gateway assists to detect the expected life of the boiled rice. Further the result of deep learning model is updated on portable device and also on cloud server for further reference.
Figure 2 consist of camera module, display unit, controller unit, battery power supply, L.E.D, Wi-Fi. Candidate has to put boiled rice in the camera module to scan it. Then we examine the age of rice with our data which we provide to our device. We supply power from the battery power supply. LED gives us alert about this. Red color tells us that rice is not good to eat and green color tells us that rice is good enough to eat.
Figure 3 consists of display unit, control unit, Wi-Fi module, external power supply, pre-trained deep learning model. We can provide external supply to control unit. Wi-Fi module is connected to control unit.

3. The system is claimed in claim 1, which consists of hybrid architecture for life age estimation of boiled rice in community area.
