Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a vehicle and preferably a seat unit of a vehicle. The seat unit (200) includes a first bracket (206) and a locking element (208). The first bracket (206) comprises at least one plate (206b) provided with sleeve (206c). The locking element (208) disposed within sleeve (206c) and is biased outward of the sleeve (206c) under biasing force of biasing element (210). At least one of a storage box (300) 10 and a frame (106) of vehicle is provided with a second bracket (302). The second bracket (302) comprises at least one second bracket wall (302b) defined with a channel (302d) and at least one groove (302e) in channel (302d). When seat unit (200) pivots about storage box (300) and frame (106), locking element (208) moves along the channel (302d) and received in the groove (302e) to hold seat unit (200) in an open 15 position.
