Abstract: A method for manufacturing a secondary battery according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises an electrode assembly manufacture step for manufacturing an electrode assembly in which an electrode and a separator are alternately stacked, and the surface of at least one among the electrode and the separator is coated with an adhesive such that the electrode and the separator adhere to each other; and a battery cell manufacture step in which a battery cell is manufactured by accommodating the electrode assembly together with an electrolyte in a pouch case and sealing the pouch case, wherein at least a portion of the adhesive dissolves in the electrolyte, such that traces of the application of the adhesive form on the separator.
