ABSTRACTThe invention in general relates to a hydraulically controlled self actusting ball Valve Delivery System for use on constant speed diese) engines, which do not have an in built electric storage battery to use electronic control. The Bal Valve Delivery Systran oonqxises of a polished sted ball placed directly on to the counter sink provided on the top face cf the barrel of the punqring element The bal is pressed against the seat by a cotrqiression spring, which exerts a pre-defined toad on the ball. The ball gets lifted up and the delivery takes place. when the pressure force inside the pumping element diamber exceeds the stxing force on the ball In the similar way, the ball closes and rests against the baird counter sink, when the pressure force inside the pumping dement chamber drops below the spring force. A bronze gasket mid a mbber o-ring tales care of the high pressure and low pressure sealing requirements respectively of the Delivery System.
