Self Aligning Conveyor Idler With Interlocking Arm
Abstract: A self-aligning conveyor idler with interlocking arm comprising of a base frame and support frame assembly including an idler holding being "U" shaped bend frame / arm mounted on a rotatable pin shaft and double bearing mechanism configured for rotatably mounting a conveyor idler, said frame being displaceable between an idler operation position and an idler removal position; wherein, during said operation position, said frame places a mounted idler in operational engagement with a conveyor belt; at least two conical rollers resting on two said interlocked arm and one straight roller that rest on said fixed `U' bend arm; at least four threaded lock plates mounted inside `U' bend arm to support the each side interlock arm configured not to buckle or go down with load wherein said idler holding arm are fixed on a rotating shaft by blots; at least one sway guard angle plate, mounted on the bottom of the `U' shape frame. capable for controlling the swivelling angle during belt sway.
