Abstract: Every nation across the global has committed their net zero carbon emission targets, global warming is the biggest threat to the entire world. CO2 emission is the major contributor in global warming mainly it comes out from transportation systems using fossil fiiels such as petrol and diesel. In India, we committed a target of net zero carbon emission within 2070*. In order to achieve that, our nation is investing on environment friendly projects such as Green Hydrogen Mission, Fame 2 Scheme. Here, we innovated self generating electric bicycle which works without battery and fossil fuels. This cycle works based on the concept of perpetual motion machine (free energy). We can save the battery charging time; in single shot we can cover long distances which are more than a conventional electric bicycle. Climate change and global warming are serious issues and we all need to play our part. We might be facing our last stand to save our earth, and we can all contribute to this. *In this invention contribute to the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) - 2070 net zero carbon emission. Descriptions
Electric bicycle is an eco - friendly vehicle but generation of electricity depends on thermal and nuclear power stations which again emit carbon dioxide. The electricity which is used in this innovated vehicle is self-generated in cycle itself. Shown in figure 1.1 our vehicle model separated with two segments, one is motor assembly and another segment is generator setup. The brushless direct current (BLDC) hub motor is fixed in front wheel. Which run by self-generated electricity. BLDC motor omits a large number of transmission components, making the vehicle structure simpler. It requires little or no maintenance. They are entirely independent drive system that retains all of their components inside motor casing. Motor operations controlled by the controller. Input power supply is not stable in the entire situation so, in order to prevent the motor failure controller is used, it act as a stabilizer.
Hub Motor Specification

Once the motor is running its full potential the wheel speed goes up to 200 rpm (revolution per minute). It is not sufficient to generate the required amount of electricity in 200 rpm as mechanical input, in order to increase the rpm of the generator extra driving wheel is attached with the rear wheel rim. Extra wheel is connected parallel to the rear wheel and welded with rear wheel rim, model shown in figure 1.2, here parallel wheel is made up of aluminium; aluminium is a weight less material. Rear wheel is connected through chain sprocket if we pedal the bicycle both rim will start rotate together.

The Pennanent magnet DC generator fixed in bicycle carrier and it is connect directly to the aluminium parallel wheel using through belt drive, diameter of the generator
pulley is less than the parallel wheel, the ratio between parallel wheel and generator pulley is 1:11. For one revolution of the bicycle wheel, generator pulley will revolve 11 times. After the parallel wheel attachment we able to give more rpm to the generator, this helps to produce more electricity within specified range of speed.

1. Input speed = 1200 to 1400 rpm

3. Power P -- 400 Watt
4. Voltage = 24 V
Initially we have to pedal the bicycle at the rate of 20kmph speed and once it reaches the rated speed the low rpm generator able to produce the full power output then it transmitted to the front wheel hub motor through the controller box. Once power is transmitted hub motor start functioning, after it reaches the above equilibrium point then the pedalling is not required, now the cycle works completely perpetual motion machine (free energy ), when the bicycle speed got decreased then the electric bicycle became a normal bicycle, as shown in figure 1.3 & 1,4 if we want to start again we need to pedal the bicycle at the speed of 20 kmph then again it become a perpetual motion machine. Self generating electric bicycle is capable up to 80 kg single person drive, no pillion rider. This technology gives you the extra power you need to cover miles of distance with little effort.
