[0025] By the term “substantially” it is meant that the recited characteristic, parameter, or value need not be achieved exactly, but that deviations or variations, including for example, tolerances, measurement error, measurement accuracy limitations and other factors known to those of skill in the art, may occur in amounts that do not preclude the effect the characteristic was intended to provide.

[0026] Features that are described and/or illustrated with respect to one embodiment may be used in the same way or in a similar way in one or more other embodiments and/or in combination with or instead of the features of the other embodiments.

[0027] It should be emphasized that the term “comprises/comprising” when used in this specification is taken to specify the presence of stated features, integers, steps or components but does not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other features, integers, steps, components or groups thereof.

[0028] Figure 1 illustrates the manual cleaning twisting gun of the existing art. According to the known art, the apparatus composed on the one hand, a hollow body 1 consisting a spindle 2 placed inside the body 1 fixed by means of removable fixing device 3. The spindle 2 is supported by at least two bearings 4 and 4’, also a counter bearing 5. The worm gear 7 and driven gear 8 are mounted on the pin 6 as shown in the fig and the driven gear 8 is in engaged position with spindle 2, the trigger 9 is fixed out of the body and the ratchet 10 is fixed on the trigger 9. The ratchet 10 has a tooth 10’ which engages with worm gear 7 as shown in the figure, the spring tension 11 is provided for trigger 9 with one end connecting the pin and other end to trigger 9. A hollow body is used to close the tool which is not shown in the figure.

[0029] In the Figure 1, when the trigger 10 is actuated against the force of the spring 11 the ratchet tooth 10’ moves and comes into contact with worm gear 7 which in turn is rotated and the driven gear 8 which is connected via shaft also rotated as it engaged with spindle 2 and causes rotation of spindle 2 which removes the fluff and waste particles stricken to the machinery.

[0030] In one implementation, the Figure 2 and 2a illustrates the self-generating twisting gun of the present invention. According to the present invention, the twisting gun comprises features of mechanical electrical system as self-generating system. Referring more specifically to figure 2, the system is facilitated with the gear arrangement 12 fixed on the spindle 2 and is connected to the generator 13 and to battery 14 which is directly connected to motor 15 and the output of the motor is coupled to spindle 2. A switch 16 is provided to operate the motor 15 after the battery 14 is recharged. More specific to figure 2a when the spindle 2 is rotated by actuating trigger 9 it also causes gear arrangement 12 to rotate and it makes power generator 13 to generate electricity which is stored in the battery 14. When the switch 16 is pressed ON the power from battery 14 is transmitted to the motor 15 which in turn rotates the spindle 2.

[0031] Thus, in the present invention there are two ways of operating the twisting gun. One is Manual operating mode (by hand triggering alone). During this mode when the trigger (9) is actuated the spindle assembly (2) is rotated and Gear arrangement (12) is rotated. During that process electricity is generated via power generator (13) and also spindle 2 is used for removing dusts and fluffs. Another is an automatic operated mode or a Battery operated mode. During this mode, when the switch (16) is pressed on, the electricity from battery 14 is supplied to motor 15 which in turn rotates the spindle assembly 2 used for removing fluffs and dusts.

[0032] In one implementation, the figure 3 illustrates the self-generating twisting gun of the present invention. According to the present invention, when the battery switch 16 is pressed ON the driven gear 8 automatically gets disengaged from the spindle assembly position. During the battery 14 operation of spindle 2, trigger 9 is not operative to prevent the damage of the system. When the battery switch 16 is pressed ON the battery 14 supplies electricity to the motor 15 which in turn rotates the spindle 2 which is used for fluff removing. This is discharging concept.

[0033] In one implementation, the figure 4 illustrates the self-generating twisting gun during battery operation mode. Accordingly when the battery switch 16 is pressed ON the motor 15 rotates the spindle 2 which is used for fluff removing. Mean-while gear arrangement 12 which also rotates along the spindle 2 generates a small amount of electricity which is recharged while instantly discharging the battery (14). This is a re-generating concept. In an exemplary implementation, the battery can also be re-charged by means of an external charger but not limited to it.

[0034] Some of the non-limiting advantages of the present invention are listed below:
• The present invention provides advantage of operating in both manual triggering mode and in automatic mode by battery operation mode whenever required.
• The present invention increases the operating time of the twisting gun which avoids idling of the tool during production hours.
• The present invention reduces user fatigue by operating the twisting gun in battery operation mode.

[0035] Although a self-generating twisting gun for cleaning the spinning and weaving machines and a method of cleaning spinning and weaving machines using the self-generating twisting gun have been described in language specific to structural features, it is to be understood that the embodiments disclosed in the above section are not necessarily limited to the specific methods or devices described herein. Rather, the specific features are disclosed as examples of implementations of the self-generating twisting gun for cleaning the spinning and weaving machines.
