Self Optimizing And Risk Minimizing Systems And Methods For Operations

Abstract: Operations support in an organization necessitate interactions between a large number of processes and sub-processes across operations in various domains involving voluminous data exchange having complex inter-relationships embodied therein. Conventional systems that manage such operations cater to a set of industry standards and are particularly defined for a domain. Systems and methods of the present disclosure are domain agnostic and enable efficient management of operations by capturing current practices, processes and performances achieved at granular levels of operation to facilitate feedback of the execution experience back into the system that may then dynamically generate findings mapped to pre-defined levels of operation excellence, risks involved and suggest improvements with no dependency on subject matter experts (SMEs). Besides automating the assessment process, consistent and repeatable assessments may be derived for effective understanding of operations excellence of current processes and achieving  a desired level  of operations  excellence.
