it is to be performed:

SELF-PROPELLED & POWERED FRONT GRILL CLEANER ASSEMBLY FOR TRACTOR
Field of the invention:
The present invention generally relates to a novel self-propelled and powered front grill cleaning solution, to be employed into a tractor. The invention provides a novel auto front grill cleaner assembly, to be installed with a tractor, which is capable of function/rotate automatically and mechanically drives the cleaning brush which keeps on rotation by using air draft in front of radiator. This concept is more effective and no external power required for cleaning of front grill.
Said self-propelled and powered front grill cleaner assembly for a tractor mainly comprises grill front subassembly, bracket & brush arrangement, brush bracket assembly, connecting shaft and the fan; wherein said front grill cleaner assembly is characterized in:-
• its brushes in front of the grill, which is connected to a fan at another side of the grill and which rotates mechanically on its axis due to inward air-flow in front of the radiator; and wherein
• no external power is required to rotate the said brushes.
This frequent cleaning arrangement on tractor front grill will improve farmer’s productivity and reduces manpower and breakdown.
Background of the invention and prior arts:
Mechanized agriculture is the process of using agriculture machinery to mechanize the work of agriculture, greatly increasing farm worker’s productivity. The use of mechanized power for agriculture purpose, particularly in Indian conditions and agricultural practices, reduces not just the hardship faced by the farmers under traditional manual practices but also speeds up agricultural processes, saves cost and enhances agricultural productivity. Moreover, timely harvesting may be faced by problems of low work efficiency. The use of straw reaper has been increased and during this application, tractors front grill getting chocked due to fine flying materials of crops (Bhusa). Such frequent chocking of front grill leads to arrest the fresh air in to cooling system of tractor.
Due to such chocking of front grill, the overall operation of the farmer involving the tractor and its attachments, suffers substantial interruptions at an average interval of every 10 to 15 minutes. Subsequently, said chocked front grill needs manual cleaning and therefore separate manpower is required there, other than the tractor’s operator leading to increased cost to the farmer ~400Rs/day (25 days ~ 10000Rs / Season) and if the chocking of front grill has been unattended, this may cause major tractor engine breakdown.
This practice unnecessary affecting farmers Economy, decreasing productivity as well as major breakdown surprises.
In view of the abovementioned practical hardships associated with the conventional tractors and the front grill chocking incidences thereof and to overcome the drawbacks involved with conventional machines and practices, the inventors of the instant inventive concept have conceptualized the concept of auto front grill cleaner assembly for tractor.
Prime object of the instant invention is to provide a self-propelled and powered front grill cleaner assembly to be installed with a tractor so as to avoid front grill chocking and allowing the fresh air entry to the cooling system of the tractor.

Summary of Invention:
The present invention discloses a self-propelled and powered front grill cleaner assembly for a tractor mainly comprises grill front subassembly, bracket & brush arrangement, brush bracket assembly, connecting shaft and the fan; wherein said front grill cleaner assembly is characterized in its brushes in front of the grill, which is connected to a fan at another side of the grill and which rotates mechanically on its axis due to inward air-flow in front of the radiator; wherein no external power is required to rotate the said brushes.
The issue of front grill chocking & breakdown of tractors was reported from farmers since critical, mechanization of reaper application has been in use. This is a major loss of Time, season and Money for farmer.
Auto front grill cleaning arrangement has brushes in front of grill and which is connected to fan at another side of grill, which rotates in its axis due to induced air flow in front of radiator, no external power required to rotate the brushes. This frequent cleaning arrangement on tractor front grill will improve farmer’s productivity and reduces manpower and breakdown
The invented “self propelled & powered front grill cleaner assembly” is actually provisioned around the grill front subassembly of the tractor. The said front grill of the tractor, comprises a subassembly, wherein a connecting shaft is secured on the body of the front grill through a bush-bracket assembly and in one side said shaft is connected to the bracket and brush arrangement and at the same time the said connecting shaft is connected to a fan at its another side. Said fan is connected to the connecting shaft through nut(s) and washer(s).
The connecting shaft, using the application of bolt(s), spring washer(s) and plain washer(s), is secured with the bush-bracket assembly. The Bracket & Brush assembly is suitably engaged and assembled with the said bush-bracket assembly so that the direction of the force of rotational motion gets converted to an input drive force for the brush frame and consequently for the self propelled rotation of brush(es).
At the bush-bracket assembly is so provisioned that the rotational motion of the fan is transferred to the bracket and brush arrangement and consequently the brush mounted on the brush frame performs its rotational motion around the axis of the said brush frame. Thus the brush, which is so positioned to almost touch the front grill surface, performs its straw swiping action towards cleaning the front grill cleaner.
The bracket & brush assembly consists of brush(es), mounted on at least one brush frame, positioned in front of the grill, which is connected to the fan at another side of the grill, near the radiator and said fan is provisioned to rotate mechanically on its axis due to inward air-flow in front of the radiator without external power .
Auto front grill cleaning arrangement has brushes in front of grill and which is connected to fan at another side of grill, which rotates on its axis due to induced air flow in front of radiator, and no external power required to rotate the brushes. The in-flow of the air, sucked by the radiator fan provides sufficient power to maintain the rotational motion of the fan present in the front grill auto cleaner assembly. This frequent cleaning arrangement on tractor front grill will improve farmer’s productivity and reduces manpower and breakdown.
During field application front grill of tractor getting chocked due to fine flying materials of crops (Bhusa) which is approximate in the sizes of 1.7 to 1.9 mm, whereas front grill of tractor has hole size of 1.7mm which is less than the size of Bhusa due to less in size of hole air is getting restricted for cooling system. Restriction of air increasing the water temperature of cooling system and can cause for overheating. Cleaning of front grill required very frequently if not getting done overheating may cause major break dawn.
So, auto front grill cleaning through the novel concept of creating an arrangement of self propelled front grill auto cleaner has been invented to overcome the issue.
Cooling system of the tractors has suction radiator fan where air is directed to front grill to radiator front and then getting heated and released to the ambient.
This suction of air has been used to drive the invented fan behind the front grill to rotate.
This rotation of fan arrangement has equipped with brush arrangement in front of front grill which rotates as the fan rotates at its axis.
As the brush threads contacts with grill from front where bhusa gets swiped out immediately and keeps clean surface for fresh air entry, which maintain effectiveness of cooling system.
Thus the cooling is proper engine over heating gets avoid.
