PREAMBLE OF THE INVENTION
The Following specification particularly describes the invention and manner it is to perform.
Nowadays conventional fuels are used all over the world. Only in very few places non conventional energy is utilized and in very few places renewable energy is used for thermal and electrical power. Here, in semi water gasifier, we use only artificial fuel, charcoal and water to get powerful gas.
The semi-water gasifier is nothing but ordinary gasifier with some new technology introduced, that is water is passed over the incandescent fuel, the water is converted into steam by endothermic reaction and entered in to incandescent fuel and then changes to carbon monoxide and hydrogen. This gas is more powerful than producer gas .This is very useful for thermal applications and power generation in S.I Engine,

FIELD OF INVENTION;
This invention relates to environment, waste land agriculture and energy. By this invention land and water pollution is eliminated. This invention is carried by single process i.e., gasification process.
USE OF INVENTION:
This invention very useful for cooking purpose in residence and hotels. And this gas can be used for heating purpose and power generation in industries.
PRIOR ART;
As per existing old type gasification process small pieces of country wood is used, when the gasifier ignited, the woods are converted into incandescent fuel and start emitting carbon-dioxide and heavy hydro carbons. This process is happening in the combustion zone.
When the woods are get heated at the combustion zone the volatile matters comes out and entered into combustion zone. This process is happen inside the pyrolysis zone.
Thus, the flue gas comes down to the reduction zone where the carbon-dioxide joins with carbon and goes out as carbon monoxide. Then some carbons combine with hydrogen and comes out as methane, unchanged carbon-dioxide & steam also goes out along with combustible gases.
These gases are sent to scrubber and then filter, in this way the treated combustible gas alone sent for power generation, though the gas is purified by scrubber and filter it contains at least 0.01% tar, so power generation with this gas become failure with this old type of gasification process.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED:
As per prior unit we have to cut the wood into small pieces and the tar which comes out from the wood is a big problem, This producer gas mainly contain maximum of 20 % carbon monoxide & 20 % Hydrogen and the rest is carbon-dioxide, steam and nitrogen, which are incombustible.
As per new invention here we use only charcoal, this charcoal contains no tar, so when we use this semi-water gasifier it produces only carbon monoxide and hydrogen. This gas is called semi water gas. This gas is more powerful than producer gas which we get from old type gasifier. This gas is very good for thermal and electrical applications.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION;
It is already been propose to eliminate previous method of process. With this new type of semi-water gasifier we can get highly combustible gases, cheaper way, multi purpose and pollution free for thermal and electrical application which is dire need of this time.

This invention consists of production of semi-water gas for power generation and thermal application,
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION.
This semi-water gasifier is a gadget consists of two parts. First part is charcoal holder and second part is hopper. Two air hole pipes are fitted at the bottom of the charcoal holder which reaches to the down part of the hopper. After filing the charcoal the gasifier is closed with a cap. The upper part of the gasifier and the cap is made as water seal system. When we give air through a blower to the air hole pipe it reaches the bottom of the hopper. Before operating the blower we have to ignite the charcoal. When the combustion reaches above l000degree centigrade water is supplied through a small pipe to reach combustion zone which get heated and convert in to steam and passes through the combustion zone. When the steam touches the

white hot charcoal, steam and carbon are changed to carbon monoxide and hydrogen. As we blow air, the nitrogen which reaches the combustion zone is changed to active nitrogen, this nitrogen is also combustible (active nitrogen N2 = N+N with that combustible gas). Now this gas can be used for either thermal or electrical application.
BEST METHOD;
This is the only method of semi-water gasification process using charcoal and water to get more powerful semi-water gas instead of using steam and coke .As the coke is more costlier than charcoal, here we get same quality of Semi-water gas with charcoal and water.

A unit to produce steam for producing semi-water gas through pouring water only,
Semi-Water Gasifier in various size to produce heat from 10000 calories to 10000000 calories/hour.
Semi-water Gasifier for power generation from 5Kw to 1 Mw/hour.
