Sensing Device And Method

Abstract: A sensing device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a voltage measurement unit for measuring the voltage of a battery when power is supplied; an environmental information measurement unit for measuring environmental information about the battery when power is supplied; a connector unit for outputting a first connection signal when connected to the battery, and outputting a second connection signal when connected to an external BMS; a power source unit for supplying power to the voltage measurement unit and/or the environmental information measurement unit according to an operation mode; and a control unit for controlling the operation mode of the power source unit on the basis of the connection signal received from the connector unit and remaining amount information of the power source unit.
