Shaft Sealing Device, Rotating Machine, And Method For Manufacturing Shaft Sealing Device
Abstract: A shaft seal device (10) is provided with: leaves (20) arranged around a rotating shaft (50) and dividing a space around the rotating shaft into two spaces in the axial direction of the rotating shaft; and a side seal plate disposed on one side of the leaves in the axial direction and having a facing surface facing the side end sections of the leaves which are located on the one side of the leaves. The leaves and/or the side seal plate has a friction reduction section for reducing the frictional force between the facing surface and the surfaces of the side end sections.
