Abstract: To provide a shift sensor that can be assembled easily and at low cost without requiring a seal structure. A shift sensor 1 that detects the rotation angle of a transmission shaft 101, which is rotatably supported on a transmission and is rotated according to an operation by an operator, includes an excited conductor 4 fixed to the transmission shaft 101 and adapted to rotate together with the transmission shaft 101, and a sensing circuit board 3 including a magnetically exciting conductor 2, the sensing circuit board 3 being arranged facing the excited conductor 4 and adapted to detect the position of the excited conductor 4. The sensing circuit board 3 is accommodated in a sensor housing 10 fixed to the transmission case 100, and the excited conductor 4 is arranged outside the sensor housing 10. [Figure 2]
