07.01.2004 with Mr. Amit Jain and Mrs. Ritu Jain being the promoter director's of the company.
The company deals in construction business as well as manufacturing of High Grade Concrete
and Steel Fiber Impregnated Concrete Structures for Baffle Ranges for the use of Army and
other Para-military Forces.
The company has now developed the 'Permanent Defence', structure called as 'Shock Absorbing
Fibre Concrete Permanent Defence Structures' - SAFICS -'PD's". the above structures are for
the use of the Army and other Para-military Forces for making Forward Border Security Posts
and other Guard Posts at places so reqi.ijcU. The -'SAFICS-PD' are BULLET PROOF.
The SAFICS-PD can be made with 2 days by 3-4 labours of any shape and size as NO CEMENT
MORTAR is used in the buildup of the structure and only the modular SAFICS Blocks
developed by the Company are used for making the PD. The SAFICS Blocks are of various
configuration and sizes and even the door and windows and roof blocks are modular and can be
fixed and removed as and when required with a minimum of fuss.
The complete details of the Blocks and roof and door / windows configuration along with the
drawings of the PD are attached herewith.

2. The PD is modular and is constructed without using CEMENT MORTAR
3. The PD can be made of any size and design as the blocks used to make the PD are
interlocking and the structure is modular in nature
4. The PD can be constructed and then dismantled and relocated with ease
5. To construct the PD only 2-3 persons are required for just 2 days time
DISADVANTAGES OF - 'SAFICS - PD'.
; The following are the disadvantages of the product -'SAFICS-PD':
.1. The modular blocks are heavy and the Army will need many trucks to transport the
blocks to the site of construction in the higher reaches in places like J&K arid
Uttarakhand etc.

SHOCK ABSORBING FIBER IMPREGNATED CONCRETE BLOCKS PERMANENT
DEFENCES (PD's)
a. We have developed.interlock:.'uig SAFICS blocks using which a PD can be constructed
within a day or two by 2-3 persons. The blocks being intprlocking can be fixed on
each other and NO cement mortar is to be used for the construction of the PD.
b. The SAFICS blocks are made up of Steel Fiber (@ 11 % by volume of concrete) and a
mixture of sand, chemicals and cement.
c. The SAFICS blocks are of the size of 150 x 150 x 230mm and have weight of 14 kg
per block.
d. To make a PD of the inner size of 8' x 8', we need a total of 1181 nos. of blocks of
different size and shape.
1. Blocks of 2 male and 2 female shape and 150 xl50x 230 = 880 nos.
. 2. Corner blocks = 68 nos.
3. Blocks at the door entrance = 5 nos.
4. Blocks with 1 male and 1 female shape for windows and at TOP level of
size 150 x 150 x 230mm = 100 nos.
5. Blocks in the Floor = 128 nos.
e. The PD has four / six windows of size (600 x 600 mm) and (450 x 450 mm) a door of
the size 2'.6" x 6' made up Wangle iron and can be fixed on to the blocks and does
not need any screws etc.
The size and nos. of the windows can be increased as per requirement. The windows
are see through when closed.
The Roof comprises of Angle Iron frame and SAFICS blocks of different size to
make and the thickness of the roof can be changed as per requirement. The roof
thickness we are offering is of 135mm.
The angle iron frame (10 nos.) is of the size 10' x 1', each frame is further divided in
to the size of 1' x 1' and is covered with SAFICS panels of size 300x300x35mm and
300x300x50mm. a bonding agent chemical (BASF) mixed with cement is used to
make the roof leak proof.
The PD can easily be dismantled and again reconstructed as and when required
The PD can be made of any size as per requirement.
To make the PD we only req-iire the land piece to be evenly leveled and one row of
the SAFICS block goes below surface level as foundation
The SAFICS blocks have been tested against the ammunition like: AK-47, INSAS -
7.62 and 5.56. at TBRL, DRDO, Ramgarh Ranges, Distt. Panchkula, Haryana.
