BACKGROUND AND PRIOR ART:
Conventionally, Power tillers are amongst important farm machinery. With power tiller famer can prepare the land & carryout different applications as per need. This is a light weight machine as compared to a conventional four wheeled tractor, hence more suitable light load farming applications. Currently, power tillers are being used in dry & wet land farming. Typically in dry land the usage is concentrated around post seeding operations like de-weeding, earthling up & secondary tillage applications.
Need for this innovation:
Power take off arrangement is not available in conventional Power tillers; this puts limitation for using the power tiller for applications like irrigation, spraying, electricity generation, chaff cutter and other similar applications where mobile source of power is required.
In conventional irrigation pumps are installed near water sources like canal, river, and well and tube well etc. with required foundation suitable for pumps. Power tiller are used to run these pumps. Additional expenses are also required for piping which is required for irrigation of large farms.
With this innovation, pump can be mounted on power tiller with additional bracketory arrangement and can be run through given side PTO arrangement and entire arrangement of pump & pulley can be moved in large farms for irrigation with required suitable piping. No need to invest in suitable foundation required for pumps near water source and maintenance of the foundation.
For spraying application also sprayers can be mounted on power tiller itself with suitable size tank and can be moved in large farms to minimise wastage of pesticides which in turn saves the money for farmer and will not allow deteriorating of soil quality which normally happens due to chemicals used in pesticides.
