Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a signal transmission method and apparatus, and a system. The method comprises: a terminal device receiving first indication information and second indication information, the first indication information indicating that a terminal device transmit a first uplink signal, and the second indication information indicating that the terminal device transmit a second uplink signal; and the terminal device determining an uplink power control parameter of the second uplink signal according to a transmission power control command received between a first time point and a second time point, the first uplink signal corresponding to a first uplink signal transmission opportunity, the second uplink signal corresponding to a second uplink signal transmission opportunity, the first time point preceding the first uplink signal transmission opportunity, the second time point preceding the second uplink signal transmission opportunity, and a time interval from the first time point and/or the second time point to the corresponding uplink signal transmission opportunity being determined according to one of two associated PDCCH candidates, or being related to whether the terminal device listens to control information of the two associated PDCCH candidates.
