, Description:4. DESCRIPTION

Field of the Invention

The invention relates to the signalling system in underground mines. More particularly, relates to the rope haulage signalling system.

Background of the Invention

Underground mines, which are characterized by their tough working conditions and hazardous environments, require fool-proof mine-wide communication systems for smooth functioning of mine workings and ensuring better safety. Proper and reliable communication systems not only save the machine breakdown time but also help in immediate passing of messages from the vicinity of underground working area to the surface for day-to-day normal mining operations as well as for speedy rescue operations in case of disaster.

The patent CN211666778U discloses colliery safety precaution system in pit, including fire alarm, controlling means, positioning system and manual alarm system, controlling means passes through signal connection downhole signal basic station, downhole signal basic station passes through the signal connection computer, the inside of computer is equipped with control center. This colliery is safety precaution system in pit, top through at fire alarm is equipped with controlling means, and utilize controlling means and signal basic station and computer interconnect in the pit, the better not strong problem of early warning system instantaneity of having solved, the signal will be received to the very first time to the computer, and trigger the siren on ground.

The patent JP2019522391A discloses a network for connecting a plurality of network nodes includes a leading node and a plurality of following nodes. The leading node transmits a synchronization message indicating the start of the network interval to a plurality of following nodes, and the leading node and the plurality of following nodes transmit information during the transmission period of the network interval and transmit information during the sleep period. The predetermined time of the transmission period of the network interval transmits a message that advertises one or more characteristics of the lead node. A network node is an environmental sensing device that is part of a worker safety system.

Therefore, there is need to construct a system of rope haulage signalling system in underground mine for the safety of workers.
