Silencer Duct Having Silencing Element And Couplers
Abstract: A silencer duct (102,202,302) that may be part of, for example, a turbomachine inlet and may include a duct body (104), and a silencer element (124) extending axially through the duct body (104). A first portion of a coupler (106) may extend axially from a first side (110) of the duct body(104). A second portion (112) of a coupler may extend axially from a second side (116) of the duct body (104). At least one of the first portion of the coupler (106) and the second portion (112) of the coupler are configured to couple to at least one of an adjacent silencer duct (102, 202, 302) and an inlet.
