Abstract: The present invention relates to a silicon-based anode active material, a method for preparing a silicon-based anode active material, an anode comprising the silicon-based anode active material, and a secondary battery comprising the anode, the silicon-based anode active material comprising: a core including silicon particles and cetyltrimethylammonium arranged on the surface of the silicon particles; and Mxene, which is arranged on the core and includes a hydroxyl group on the surface thereof.
