PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION The following specification particularly describes the invention.


FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention is related to power package (cooling system, engine & gearbox) mounted on frame and more particularly it relates to Slide-able engine mounting frame system for vehicle which facilitates to slide-out engine mounting frame for maintenance.
DESCRIPTION OF PRIOR ART
Generally mine Protected Vehicle all over the world; the power package (cooling system, engine and gearbox) is mounted on the hull directly. This is a monocoque design and it is covered from bottom and side areas completely. So during the break down it is difficult to access the power package for repairing and maintenance. Slide able engine mounting frame system for vehicle is developed for easly accessible power package for repair and replacement/maintenance.
OBJECTS OF INVENTION
The main object of the present invention is to provide slide-able engine mounting frame system for vehicle.
Another object of the present invention is to provide slide-able engine mounting frame system for vehicle which provides easy access of power package for repair and replacement /maintenance in the case of any breakdown.


BREIF DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
Slide-able engine mounted frame system comprises: Long member (LH) (1) and long member (RH) (2) are assembled with front cross member (3) and end cross member (4). Frame mounting brackets (5) are bolted with the long members. The frame mounting (5) brackets is bolted with the hull. Said bracket (5) fix the sliding frame on hull. End stopper brackets are welded with hull which ensures the said frame assembly position at the time of sliding. Guide channels (6) are provided to guide the power package mounted frame on the hull for sliding.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
Figure -01 shows slide-able frame assembly along with power package. Figure-02 shows vehicle body (hull).
Figure -03 shows power packaged frame assembly on hull in assembly condition. Figure-04 shows power packaged frame assembly partially slide out on the hull.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Referring now to the pictures describing the whole concept:
Referring figure 01: Frame comprises of long member LH (1) & RH (2), front cross member (3). end cross member (4) and mounting brackets (5). Complete power package (engine, cooling package, gearbox etc.) is assembled on the frame. Lifting hooks (7) are bolted in the frame assembly to facilitate easy sliding and lifting of the complete power package.


Referring figure 02: A base support (8) is provided in the hull for the resting of whole power packaged frame assembly. Said Guide rails (6) are attached on the said base support (8) with the help of welding which ensure slide path of the frame assembly. Mounting brackets (9) is attached with said hull with the help of welding which provides final position of frame assembly.
Referring figure 03: said Power packaged frame assembly is slide in the hull and assembled in final position and frame assembly mounting brackets are bolted with hull mounting brackets. This ensures fixing of frame assembly with the hull at proper position.
Referring figure 04: It shows the whole power packaged frame assembly partially slides out from hull.

It is intended that all such modifications and alterations be included insofar as they come within the scope of the invention as claimed or the equivalents thereof.
