It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or relevant to the presently claimed invention, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.
[0003] In a workshop, many tools are used like spanners, hand files, hexsaw, etc. For effective utilization of the tools, it is necessary that the tools are placed safely and at a fixed position so that they could by easily found when needed. Proper placement of the tools helps worker to get the tools immediately, and it also helps in identifying the tools which are missing or not kept at their proper position.
[0004] Hand files come in various shape like rectangular, triangular, circular, semi circular, and the like, with varying dimensions, such as, length or diameter of 6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch, 12 inch, etc. Mostly hand files can be stored in a box in a horizontal position or in a vertical position. In order to place the hand files in the vertical position and pick them up easily, the hand files should have a handle. However, for distinct sizes of the hand files, distinct sizes of handles are there, hence different racks of distinct sizes are required.
[0005] Existing solutions are not cost effective. Also, the existing solutions have certain limitation like less capacity for storing the hand files, along with problems encountered in accommodating hand files of distinct sizes. Some of the existing solutions can include a rack with socket suspension, where the hand files can be placed. Another existing solution can include a rack or tool holder, where the hand files or tools can be accommodated with help of base and multiple tool restraint and friction between the multiple tool restraint. There can be challenges associated with manufacturing, designing, comfort in working environment with the existing solutions.
[0006] There is a need to overcome above-mentioned problems of prior art by providing a device that is cost effective, ergonomic, and with increased capacity of storing hand files. Moreover, the device should be easily manufactured, especially in bulk using formative manufacturing techniques, and has a catchy visual appearance due to compactness of design.
