Specification

Sliding nozzle device
Technical field
[0001]
The present invention relates to a sliding nozzle device that controls the flow rate of molten metal.
Background technology
[0002]
The sliding nozzle device is a state in which a refractory plate having two or three nozzle holes is sandwiched at a high pressure (a state in which a surface pressure is applied), and one of these plates is slid. The flow rate of the molten metal is controlled by changing the opening of the nozzle hole. The sliding plate is held by the slide metal frame, and the slide metal frame is provided so as to be openable and closable with respect to the fixed metal frame in order to replace the plate.
[0003]
Since the plate will reach the end of its life after several uses, it is necessary to open the slide metal frame when replacing the plate or checking the damage condition. At this time, the surface pressure must be released before the slide metal frame is opened, and the surface pressure must be applied after the slide metal frame is closed.
[0004]
As one of the methods for loading or releasing the surface pressure in the sliding nozzle device, a method for loading or releasing the surface pressure by sliding the slide metal frame is known. In this method, there is a type in which the sliding range of the slide metal frame when the surface pressure is applied or released is outside the sliding range during casting. In the case of this type, a drive unit having a different stroke is used during casting and when the surface pressure is loaded or released, and it is necessary to replace the drive unit with a different stroke with respect to the slide metal frame.
[0005]
Conventionally, as a sliding nozzle device in which a drive unit having a different stroke can be replaced with respect to a slide metal frame, those disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2 are known.

Outline of the invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
[0007]
In Cited Document 1, the drive unit is detachably connected to the slide metal frame by the coupling member, but it is assumed that the slide metal frame is opened and closed while the drive unit and the slide metal frame are still connected by the coupling member. It wasn't done.
[0008]
In Patent Document 2, the structure is such that the connecting portion on the drive portion side and the connecting portion on the slide metal frame side are engaged with each other. Two openings are provided: an opening facing the direction (direction in which the drive unit is attached / detached) and an opening facing the front-rear direction (direction in which the slide metal frame is opened / closed) used when opening / closing the slide metal frame. However, in such a structure, since the contact portion between the connecting portions can move in the left-right direction and the front-back direction, it is difficult to efficiently transmit the propulsive force of the drive portion to the slide metal frame.
[0009]
An object to be solved by the present invention is to make it possible to efficiently transmit the propulsive force of the drive unit to the slide metal frame in the sliding nozzle device to which the drive unit can be attached to and detached from the slide metal frame.

Embodiment for carrying out the invention
[0013]
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
1 and 2 show a sliding nozzle device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, FIG. 1 shows a state in which the slide metal frame 112 is closed, and FIG. 2 shows a state in which the slide metal frame 112 is opened. Further, FIG. 3 shows the slide metal frame 112 as a single unit. Since the above-mentioned plate check and replacement, and the load or release of the surface pressure are performed with the sliding nozzle device 1 standing in a vertical state, FIGS. 1 to 3 and FIGS. 4 to 9 described later show that the sliding nozzle device 1 is in a vertical state. The sliding nozzle device 1 is shown in a vertical state.
[0014]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the sliding nozzle device 1 includes a sliding nozzle device main body 11 and a drive unit 12.
The sliding nozzle device main body 11 is provided rotatably on both sides of the fixed metal frame 111, the slide metal frame 112 slidable and openable / closable with respect to the fixed metal frame 111, and the fixed metal frame 111. It has two spring boxes 113.
[0015]
The fixed metal frame 111 and the slide metal frame 112 are plate-shaped members having a substantially rectangular shape, and a storage portion 3 for storing the plate 2 is formed therein. Further, the storage portion 3 is provided with a through hole 3a (see FIG. 3). The fixed metal frame 111 is fixed to the bottom of a molten metal container such as a ladle with bolts (not shown).
[0016]
A connecting frame 112a is provided on one end side (driving unit 12 side) of the slide metal frame 112 in the sliding direction (longitudinal direction). A cylindrical slide metal frame side connecting portion 112b is provided on the end surface of the connecting frame 112a via the body portion 112c. The connecting component 4 is attached to the slide metal frame side connecting portion 112b.
In the present embodiment, the connecting frame 112a is a separate part from the slide metal frame 112, but may be integrally formed with the slide metal frame 112.
[0017]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the slide metal frame 112 is provided so as to rotate about the rotation shaft 114 with respect to the fixed metal frame 111 and to be opened and closed. Then, with the slide metal frame 112 closed, the slide metal frame 112 can be sandwiched between the spring box 113 and the fixed metal frame 111. Further, in the state where the slide metal frame 112 is closed, the slide metal frame 112 is connected to the slide metal frame side connecting portion 112b via the connecting component 4 by the drive unit 12 in the sliding direction of the slide metal frame 112. Can slide on.
[0018]
A refractory plate 2 is stored in each of the storage portions 3 of the fixed metal frame 111 and the slide metal frame 112. The plate 2 is provided with a nozzle hole 2a, and the nozzle hole 2a communicates with the through hole 3a when it is housed in the fixed metal frame 111 and the slide metal frame 112.
When the slide metal frame 112 slides with respect to the fixed metal frame 111, the plate 2 provided on the slide metal frame 112 also slides in a state where the sliding surface is in contact with the plate 2 provided on the fixed metal frame 111. be able to.
By adjusting the position by sliding the slide metal frame 112, it is possible to adjust the overlap between the nozzle hole 2a of the plate 2 on the slide metal frame 112 side and the nozzle hole 2a of the plate 2 on the fixed metal frame 111 side. can. By adjusting this overlap, the flow rate of the molten metal flowing out of the molten metal container during casting can be adjusted.
[0019]
Here, in the sliding nozzle device 1 of the present embodiment, the first drive unit 12a having a short stroke is used during casting, and the second drive unit 12b having a long stroke is used when the surface pressure is loaded or released. That is, in the sliding nozzle device 1 of the present embodiment, the drive unit having a different stroke is used during casting and during the load or release work of the surface pressure, and the drive unit having a different stroke with respect to the slide metal frame 112 is used. It is necessary to carry out the work of replacement.
In the sliding nozzle device 1 of the present embodiment, the mechanism for loading or releasing the surface pressure is the same as that of the conventional general sliding nozzle device, and thus the description thereof will be omitted.
[0020]
FIG. 4 shows an enlarged view of the connecting portion between the drive unit 12 and the slide metal frame 112, and FIG. 5 shows an enlarged view of the main part of the drive unit 12 alone. In the present embodiment, the above-mentioned first drive unit 12a having a short stroke and the second drive unit 12b having a long stroke will be collectively referred to as a drive unit 12. This is because the first drive unit 12a and the second drive unit 12b have substantially the same configuration other than the stroke.
[0021]
The drive unit 12 includes a substrate 121, a cylinder 122 connected to the substrate 121, and a rod 123. As the cylinder 122, for example, a hydraulic type can be used. The cylinder 122 is attached to a rectangular substrate 121 so that its rod 123 penetrates. The rod 123 is provided so as to be expandable and contractible by adjusting the pressure of the cylinder 122. By expanding and contracting the rod 123, the slide metal frame 112 connected to the rod 123 via the connecting component 4 can be slid.
Further, a cylindrical drive portion side connecting portion 123a is provided at the tip of the rod 123.
[0022]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, one end of the fixed metal frame 111 is one end side of the fixed metal frame 111 in the longitudinal direction (same as the sliding direction of the slide metal frame 112) on one end side (drive unit 12 side). A substantially rectangular bottom plate 115 is provided, which is fixed to and extends toward the drive unit 12. A drive unit holder 116 is provided on the other end side of the bottom plate 115. The drive unit holder 116 includes a pair of arm portions 116a and 116b facing each other across a space, and an arc-shaped arm portion connecting portion 116c that connects one end side of the arm portions 116a and 116b. In other words, the drive unit holder 116 is in the attachment / detachment direction of the drive unit 12 (in this embodiment, the direction orthogonal to the sliding direction of the slide metal frame 112 and along the sliding surface of the slide metal frame 112; the same applies hereinafter). It has a U-shape that opens in. Further, each of the pair of arm portions 116a and 116b has a substrate insertion portion 117 into which the substrate 121 of the drive portion 12 can be inserted. The bottom plate 115 may be integrally formed with the fixed metal frame 111.
[0023]
The fixing of the drive unit 12 to the drive unit holder 116 is performed by inserting the rod 123 and the substrate 121 into the drive unit holder 116. The edge portion of the substrate 121 is inserted into the substrate insertion portion 117 to fix the substrate 121 so as not to move in the sliding direction of the slide metal frame 112, and the rod 123 is attached to the pair of arm portions 116a of the drive portion holder 116. It is inserted in the space between 116b.
In the present embodiment, the rod 123 and the substrate 121 are inserted into the drive unit holder 116 from the same direction as the attachment / detachment direction of the drive unit 12.
[0024]
By inserting the edge portion of the substrate 121 into the substrate insertion portion 117 in this way, the edge portion of the substrate 121 is fixed to the arm portions 116a and 116b. As a result, the reaction force when the slide metal frame 112 slides can be reliably received by the drive unit holder 116.
[0025]
The slide metal frame side connecting portion 112b of the slide metal frame 112 and the driving unit side connecting portion 123a of the driving unit 12 are connected via the connecting component 4.
As shown in FIG. 6, the connecting component 4 is a cylindrical member, and has a first connecting portion 41 for connecting the driving portion side connecting portion 123a and a second connecting portion 42 for connecting the slide metal frame side connecting portion 112b. Has.
[0026]
The first connection portion 41 is provided on one end side (drive portion 12 side) of the connection component 4, and includes a first front wall 411, a first rear wall 412, a first front wall 411, and a first rear wall 412. It has a first middle wall 413 and 413 connecting the above. Between the first front wall 411 and the first rear wall 412, a space having a first opening 414 surrounded by a first front wall 421, a first rear wall 412, and a first middle wall 413 is provided. ing.
The first rear wall 412 is U-shaped and is provided with a first recess 412a in the center into which at least a part of the rod 123 is inserted. Further, the first rear wall 412 has a first step portion 412b between the first rear wall 412 and the first middle wall 413.
At least a part of the drive unit side connection unit 123a can be inserted into the first connection unit 41 from the first opening 414. The drive unit side connecting portion 123a inserted into the first connecting portion 41 is located between the first front wall 411 and the first step portion 412b of the first rear wall 412, and thus is located in the vertical direction (slide metal) of FIG. The movement of the frame 112 in the sliding direction) is restricted.
[0027]
The second connecting portion 42 is provided on the other end side (slide metal frame 112 side) of the connecting component 4, and has a second front wall 421, a second rear wall 422, a second front wall 421, and a second rear wall. It has a second middle wall 413 that connects to the 422. Between the second front wall 421 and the second rear wall 422, a space having a second opening 424 surrounded by the second front wall 421, the second rear wall 422, and the second middle wall 423 is formed. ing.
The second rear wall 422 is U-shaped, and a second recess 422a for inserting at least a part of the body portion 112c of the slide metal frame side connecting portion 112b is provided in the center. The second rear wall 422 has a surface portion 422c for fixing the fixing rod 5 described later at the end portion. Further, the second rear wall 422 has a second step portion 422b between the second rear wall 422 and the second middle wall 423.
At least a part of the slide metal frame side connecting portion 112b can be inserted into the second connecting portion 42 from the second opening 424. Since the slide metal frame side connecting portion 112b inserted into the second connecting portion 61 is located between the second front wall 421 and the second step portion 422b of the second rear wall 422, it is located in the vertical direction (slide) in FIG. The movement of the metal frame 112 in the sliding direction) is restricted.
[0028]
In the present embodiment, the middle wall (413,423) is a wall connecting the lower side and the left and right side regions of the front wall (411, 421) and the rear wall (421, 422). Therefore, when the connecting portion (123a, 112b) is inserted into the area (space) surrounded by these walls, the front, rear, left and right sides of the connecting portion (123a, 112b) are surrounded, so that one direction (opening (414,424)). The connecting portion (123a, 112b) can be removed only in the direction). Further, the connecting portions (123a, 112b) are provided on the rear wall (421, 422) while moving back and forth between the front wall (411, 421) and the rear wall (421, 422) during use (casting). Since the recesses (412a, 422a) guide the connecting portion (123a, 112b), the connecting portion (123a, 112b) is less likely to shift in the lateral direction (direction orthogonal to the sliding direction of the slide metal frame 112). The propulsive force of the drive unit 12 can be easily transmitted.
[0029]
Specifically, the transmission of the propulsive force of the drive unit 12 will be described. When the slide metal frame 112 is advanced by extending the rod 123 of the drive unit 12, the drive unit side connecting portion 123a and the slide metal frame side connecting portion 112b It is in contact with the first front wall 411 and the second front wall 421, respectively. At this time, the propulsive force of the drive unit 12 is transmitted from the first front wall 411 to the second front wall 421 and further to the slide metal frame side connecting portion 112b via the drive unit side connecting portion 123a.
On the other hand, when the slide metal frame 112 is retracted by reducing the rod 123 of the drive unit 12, the drive unit side connecting portion 123a and the slide metal frame side connecting portion 112b are attached to the first rear wall 412 and the second rear wall 422, respectively. It will be in contact. At this time, the propulsive force of the drive unit 12 is transmitted from the first rear wall 412 to the second rear wall 422 and further to the slide metal frame side connecting portion 112b via the drive unit side connecting portion 123a.
[0030]
In this embodiment, the first opening 414 and the second opening 424 face different directions. When the first opening 414 and the second opening 424 are oriented in different directions in this way, for example, when the drive unit side connecting portion 123a is attached to or detached from the connecting component 4, the connecting component 4 and the slide metal frame side connecting portion are mistakenly connected. The engagement with 112b will not be disengaged.
Further, it is more preferable that the first opening 414 and the second opening 424 face in opposite directions as shown in FIG. When the first opening 414 and the second opening 424 face each other in opposite directions in this way, the openings are not adjacent to each other, so that it is easier to maintain the strength of the connecting component 4. Further, since the first opening 414 and the second opening 424 face each other in opposite directions, the center of gravity of the connecting component 4 is near the center. Therefore, as will be described later, it is easy to stabilize when the connection component 4 is rotated.
[0031]
As shown in FIG. 4, the bottom plate 115 provided on the fixed metal frame 111 is provided with a groove 115a for creating a gap between the bottom plate 115 and the connecting component 4.
In the surface pressure load state, since the slide metal frame 112 is pressed toward the fixed metal frame 111 side by the spring box 113, the connecting component 4 connected to the slide metal frame 112 also approaches the fixed metal frame 111 side. At this time, since the connecting component 4 is arranged in the groove 115a, there is a gap between the bottom plate 115 and the connecting component 4.
Since the connecting component 4 is arranged in the groove 115a even in the surface pressure release state, there is a gap between the connecting component 4 and the bottom plate 115.
With such a structure, it is possible to prevent the connecting component 4 and the bottom plate 115 from coming into contact with each other and wearing the connecting component 4 and the bottom plate 115 when the slide metal frame 112 slides.
[0032]
FIG. 7 shows a state in which the connecting component 4 is mounted on the slide metal frame 112.
The connection component 4 can rotate around the center axis of the slide metal frame 112 in the sliding direction while being mounted on the slide metal frame 112. The connecting component 4 can rotate in either the left or right direction around the center axis of the sliding direction of the slide metal frame 112.
[0033]
A fixing rod 5 is attached to the second connecting portion 42 of the connecting component 4. The fixing rod 5 is composed of a fixing portion 5a and a handle 5b extending from the fixing portion 5a. The fixing portion 5a is fixed to the surface portion 422c (see FIG. 6) of the second connecting portion 42.
Specifically, after inserting the slide metal frame side connecting portion 112b into the second opening 424 of the second connecting portion 42, the fixing portion 5a of the fixing rod 5 is fixed to the surface portion 422c to connect the slide metal frame side. The body portion 112c of the portion 112b is sandwiched between the fixing portion 5a and the first rear wall 412. As a result, the second connecting portion 42 can be prevented from coming off from the slide metal frame side connecting portion 112b. By doing so, the connecting component 4 can be mounted on the slide metal frame side connecting portion 112b. In other words, the connecting component 4 can be attached to the slide metal frame 112 via the connecting frame 112a.
The connecting component 4 mounted on the slide metal frame side connecting portion 112b of the slide metal frame 112 in this way can rotate around the center axis of the slide metal frame 112 in the sliding direction as described above. The rotation of the connecting component 4 can be operated by the handle 5b.
[0034]
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the connecting frame 112a of the slide metal frame 112 is provided with an extending portion 6 extending toward the connecting component 4. Then, by bringing the pin 7 provided in the connecting component 4 into contact with the extending portion 6, the connecting component 4 slides at a position where the first opening 414 faces the fixed metal frame 111 side, that is, the first opening 414 slides. It is positioned at the first position facing the same direction as the opening / closing direction of the metal frame 112 (see FIG. 7A). The same direction as the opening / closing direction of the slide metal frame 112 is a direction orthogonal to the sliding surface of the slide metal frame 112.
[0035]
Further, the handle 5b can stop the rotation of the connecting component 4 at a predetermined position by coming into contact with the extending portion 6 when the connecting component 4 rotates. In the present embodiment, the handle 5b has the first opening 414 in the same direction as the attachment / detachment direction of the drive unit 12 (the direction orthogonal to the sliding direction of the slide metal frame 112 and along the sliding surface of the slide metal frame 112). It abuts on the extension portion 6 at the second facing position (see FIG. 7B). Further, for example, the handle 5b may be brought into contact with the extending portion 6 at a position slightly beyond the second position. By doing so, it is possible to allow the handle 5b and the extending portion 6 to be deformed by heat.
[0036]
In the present embodiment, the handle 5b is used to stop the rotation of the connecting component 4, but for example, by providing the same component as the pin 7 at a predetermined position of the connecting component, the first opening 414 comes to the second position. It is also possible to stop the rotation of the connecting component 4 at that time.
Further, a weight can be provided on the handle 5b. When the weight is provided on the handle 5b, it is preferable that the center of gravity of the connecting component 4 is eccentric so that the first opening 414 can easily face the second position instead of the center. By doing so, the first opening 414 can be positioned at the second position by the weight of the handle 5b during casting. That is, since the slide metal frame 112 is in a horizontal state under the fixed metal frame 111 during casting, by providing a weight on the handle 5b, the first opening 414 is opened by the weight of the handle 5b during casting. It will be located in 2 positions. As described above, when the first opening 414 is located at the second position, the slide metal frame 112 cannot be opened and closed, so that casting can be performed safely. Further, as will be described later, when the first drive unit 12a is removed at the foundry after casting, the first opening 414 is located at the second position, so that the first drive unit 12a is removed as it is. be able to.
[0037]
In the present embodiment, maintenance of the sliding nozzle device main body 11, removal of the plate 2, and replacement of the drive unit 12 are performed in a state where the slide metal frame side connecting portion 112b of the slide metal frame 112 is connected to the second connecting portion 42 of the connecting component 4. It is done in.
[0038]
Since maintenance of the sliding nozzle device main body 11 and replacement of the plate 2 are performed in a state where the surface pressure is released, first, in order to release the surface pressure, the stroke is changed from the first drive unit 12a having a short stroke used during casting. Replace with a longer second drive unit 12b.
[0039]
In this replacement from the first drive unit 12a to the second drive unit 12b, the connection component 4 is rotated, and the first opening 414 of the first connection unit 41 is set to the second position facing the same direction as the attachment / detachment direction of the drive unit 12. do.
Next, the substrate 121 and the rod 123 of the first drive unit 12a are pulled out from the drive unit holder 116 along the attachment / detachment direction of the drive unit 12 and removed (see FIG. 8).
Next, the substrate 121 and the rod 123 of the second drive unit 12b are inserted into the drive unit holder 116 along the attachment / detachment direction of the drive unit 12. At this time, the drive unit side connecting unit 123a is also inserted into the first connection unit 41 along the attachment / detachment direction of the drive unit 12.
After that, the surface pressure is released by using the second drive unit 12b.
[0040]
Next, in order to be able to open and close the slide metal frame 112, the connection component 4 is rotated so that the first opening 414 of the first connection portion 41 faces the same direction as the opening and closing direction of the slide metal frame 112. It is the first position. As a result, the first connecting portion 41 can be attached to and detached from the driving portion side connecting portion 123a, and the sliding nozzle device main body 11 can be opened and closed (see FIG. 9). Then, with the slide metal frame 112 open, maintenance of the sliding nozzle device main body 11 and replacement of the plate 2 can be performed.
[0041]
When these operations are completed, the slide metal frame 112 is closed and the surface pressure is applied using the second drive unit 12b.
After that, the drive unit 12 is replaced from the second drive unit 12b to the first drive unit 12a for casting. The replacement from the second drive unit 12b to the first drive unit 12a is performed by rotating the connection component 4 in the same manner as the above-mentioned replacement from the first drive unit 12a to the second drive unit 12b, and the first connection unit 41 is replaced. 1 The opening 414 is set as a second position facing the same direction as the attachment / detachment direction of the drive unit 12.
[0042]
After that, the first opening 414 of the first connecting portion 41 is cast in the state of the second position.
In order to prevent the connection component 4 and the drive unit side connecting portion 123a from being disconnected during casting, the connection component 4 is the first position facing the same direction as the opening / closing direction of the slide metal frame 112 and the drive unit 12. The first opening of the first connecting portion 41 may be moved to a position different from the second position facing the same direction as the attachment / detachment direction. In this case, the position of the first opening 414 may be returned to the second position when the drive unit 12a is replaced with the drive unit 12b.
[0043]
As described above, in the present embodiment, the drive unit side connecting portion 123a is inserted into the first connection portion 41 of the connection component 4 from different directions when the slide metal frame 112 is opened and closed and when the drive unit 12 is replaced. Will be done. Specifically, the direction in which the first connection portion 41 is attached / detached to / from the drive unit side connecting portion 123a when opening / closing the slide metal frame 112 is the same as the opening / closing direction of the slide metal frame 112, that is, the sliding of the slide metal frame 112. The direction is orthogonal to the moving surface. On the other hand, the direction in which the drive unit side connecting unit 123a is attached to and detached from the first connection unit 41 when the drive unit 12 is replaced is the same as the attachment / detachment direction of the drive unit 12, that is, orthogonal to the sliding direction of the slide metal frame 112. And the direction along the sliding surface of the slide metal frame 112.
In addition, since it takes time to remove the connection component 4 from the slide metal frame 112, it is necessary to perform the above-mentioned opening / closing operation and attachment / detachment operation without removing the connection component 4 from the slide metal frame 112. Therefore, a structure is required in which the connecting component 4 can be attached to and detached from the drive unit side connecting unit 123a corresponding to the above-mentioned two different directions.
[0044]
In the present embodiment, by making the connecting component 4 rotatable, the position (orientation) of the first opening 414 of the first connecting portion 41 can be switched. By applying this structure, even when the connecting component 4 is mounted on the slide metal frame 112, the direction of the first opening 414 is switched to both replace the drive unit 12 and open / close the slide metal frame 112. It became possible to do it, and the work time was shortened.
Further, since the first connection portion 41 can have only one opening, the strength of the first connection portion 41 can be improved as compared with the case where a plurality of openings are provided according to the attachment / detachment direction of the drive portion side connection portion 123a.
Further, in the present embodiment, the drive unit side connecting portion 123a is arranged in the space surrounded by the first front wall 411, the first rear wall 412, and the first middle wall 413 of the first connecting portion 41. The position of the drive unit side connecting unit 123a does not easily shift during use. Further, the drive unit side connecting portion 123a and the first connecting portion 41 are unlikely to come off. Therefore, it is easy to more efficiently and uniformly transmit the propulsive force of the drive unit 12 to the slide metal frame 112 even through the connecting component 4.
[0045]
In the present embodiment, the attachment / detachment direction of the drive unit 12 is orthogonal to the sliding direction of the slide metal frame 112 and along the sliding surface of the slide metal frame 112, but the sliding metal frame 112 slides. It may be in a direction orthogonal to the surface. In this case, when the drive unit side connecting portion 123a of the drive unit 12 is attached to and detached from the first connection portion 41, the first opening 414 may be directed in a direction orthogonal to the sliding surface of the slide metal frame 112.
Further, although the connecting component 4 has a cylindrical shape in the present embodiment, it is not limited to this shape and can take various shapes. For example, it may be spherical or cubic.
[0046]
In the present embodiment, the case of exchanging the drive units 12a and 12b having different strokes has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this case and can be used when exchanging the drive units 12 having the same stroke, for example, in maintenance work.
[0047]
In the present embodiment, the sliding nozzle device main body 11 is composed of a fixed metal frame 111, a slide metal frame 112, and a spring box 113, but the sliding nozzle device main body 11 is not limited to this embodiment and can take various forms. For example, it is a sliding nozzle device provided with a fixed metal frame, an opening / closing metal frame provided to be openable / closable on the fixed metal frame, and a slide metal frame attached to the opening / closing metal frame, and the slide metal frame holds the opening / closing metal frame. It may be provided so as to open and close with respect to the fixed metal frame via the metal frame. As described above, the slide metal frame 112 may be provided so as to be openable and closable to the fixed metal frame 111 via another member.
