Abstract: A small component of integrated profile cleaning machine comprising of one rectangular shaped steel tank (1) having one top open ride, is provided with a perforated steel air pipe (3) disposed around the inside periphery of the tank (1) and connected to a vertical open end pipe (4) for compressed air inlet; a drain port (5) and a sludge drainage port (6) disposed at one side wall for discharge of washing medium and sludge; a tray (2) carrying dirty small component, characterized in that compressed air agitates inside the cleaning medium which creates a turbulence in the liquid that strikes the dirty particles adherent with metal surface and removed and get cleaned.
FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cleaning machine. In particular, the present
invention relates to small components of integrated profile cleaning machine.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
During overhauling or maintenance of any integrated machine, many small
components having integrated profile are opened from the assembly. Mostly
these parts are covered with black dirty grease or oily particles. Generally these
dirty small parts are cleaned in the shop floor manually by means of old cotton
cloths or industrial wastes, to remove the black grease particles with oil. The
manually cleaning of small industrial items take some time for proper cleaning.
Besides that sometimes it is not possible to clean manually due to their shape
and size. Someone also clean these small articles by spraying high pressure
pneumatic air through a nozzle of a pneumatic pipe. Someone in the
Industry also uses an oil gun to clean these small articles. Thus the cleaning of
these small articles are done according to facility available from industry to
industry. In the existing practice the human interface is continuous. On a
continuous effort by the inventor, a new machine was developed to clean the
small industrial articles easily and less time consumption for cleaning . While in
new machine, the human interface is only in the beginning and the end.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
It is therefore an object of the present invention to propose a small components
of integrated profile cleaning machine which eliminate the disadvantages of prior
art practice.
Another object of the present invention is to propose a small component of
integrated profile cleaning machine which saves time of cleaning.
A further object of the present invention is to propose a small component of
integrated profile cleaning machine which is eco-friendly.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is provided with a small component of integrated profile
cleaning machine comprising of one rectangular shaped steel tank having one
top open side,is provided with a perforated steel air pipe disposed around the
inside
periphery of the tank and connected to a vertical open end pipe for compressed
air inlet; a drain port and a sludge drainage port disposed at one side wall for
discharge of washing medium and sludge and a tray carrying dirty small
components. Characterized in that compressed air agitates inside the cleaning
medium which creates a turbulence in the liquid that strikes the dirty particles
adherent with metal surface and removed and get cleaned.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE
INVENTION
As shown in Fig. 1, the cleaning machine (1) comprises a small rectangular steel
tank having a top side open for putting a tray (2) full of small dirty articles in a
fluid bath and taking out the tray of cleaned articles. The rectangular tank is
made of steel sheets. The tank provided with a perforated air agitated pipe (3)
disposed around the inside periphery of the tank. One air pipe (4) is in vertical
position connected to the air agitation pipe (3) for bath agitation compressed air
inlet. One drainage port (5) is disposed at one side wall above the tray for taking
out the cleaning medium and one sludge drainage port (6) disposed below the
tray for taking out the sludge.
WORKING OF THE MACHIHNE
A tray full of dirty small articles of any shape and size are dipped inside the
machine from the top open side. The tank is kept full with alkaline solution
caustic soda and water. Water is heated with steam. After placing the tray inside
the machine, start batch agitation by passing a compressed air through the inlet
pipe (4). One batch of 20 bearings takes 15 min heating and 2 hours agitation.
After two hours the tray is taken out with cleaned small articles. Fig. 2 shows
how a bath agitation causing thorough cleaning of bearings. After cleaning of
one batch, a second batch is again dipped in the machine cleaner and so on.
Only the starting and ending point human interface takes place. The pneumatic
air supplied to the cleaning machine at a pressure of 60 - 80 Psi.
WE CLAIM:
1. A small component of integrated profile cleaning machine comprising of
- one rectangular shaped steel tank having one top open ride, is
provided with a perforated steel air pipe disposed around the inside periphery of
the tank and connected to a vertical open end pipe for compressed air inlet;
- a drain port (5) and a sludge drainage port (6) disposed at one side
wall for discharge of washing medium and sludge;
- a tray (2) carrying dirty small component,
characterized in that compressed air agitates inside the cleaning medium which
creates a turbulence in the liquid that strikes the dirty particles adherent with
metal surface and removed and get cleaned.
2. The machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the liquid cleaning medium is
used as alkaline solution of water.
3. The machine as claimed in claim 1 and claim 2, wherein the liquid
cleaning medium is heated by steam.
4. The machine as claimed in claim 1 and 2, wherein the liquid medium is
agitated by compressed air having 60-80 Psi pressure.
5. The machine as claimed in claim 1 has been substantially described and
illustrated elaborality by the accompanying drawings.
