Abstract: ABSTRACT SMART DETECTION & ALERT SYSTEM OF ACCIDENT This invention s relates to monitor and detecting the accident on roads, a device is proposed which is a real-time monitoring system and provide alert to the owner of vehicle and nearby police station for reducing the time of investigation. The proposed system comprises of Sensor Node (101) which have Vibration, Crash Sensor and GPS connected via LoRa (103) modem and transfers signal to Gateway (200). Gateway (200) receives signal from sensor node (101) and transfer the data to the Wi-Fi modem (201) after further processing and saves at cloud server (202) which can be fetched through designated web app (203) & mobile app (204). When the accident intensity recorded by sensors exceeds then signal is transferred to the Alert Generator (300) which generates alert to the owner & nearby police station regarding accident of vehicle. It follows the same path of transferring E-challan for sending the alert.

JPH10104258A: This patent discloses detection of occurrence of accident to warn person near its own vehicle and automatically transmit accident information to the ambulance center by using a car telephone or beacon transmitter. An air back control ECU 2 judges the occurrence of an accident by the comparison of standard value with a detected acceleration and outputs an accident signal to an alarm device control ECU 4. Then, the ECU 4 alarms the accident to a person out of the vehicle by an alarm 51 such as buzzer to ask the arrangement of proper steps such as saving and ambulance. Thus, accident occurrence is automatically alarmed to the person nearby or the ambulance center for the saving of passengers smoothly.
None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed. Present invention is disclosure provides the location of the accident to the nearby police station as soon as vehicle met with accident which will reduce the time of investigation and helps in saving the life of victim and generate real-time alert to the owner of the vehicle. The proposed system uses vibration sensor and crash sensors which are connected to number plate of the vehicle. The present disclosure provides an alert system for accident of vehicle caused. The system helps in reducing the time of investigation by generating an alert to nearby police station and helps in saving life of victim. The proposed system comprises of vibration and crash sensor which are trained and when it reaches its trained value, GPS gets activated by which real-time location of vehicle in form of alert is transferred to the owner and nearby police station. The alert generator includes an algorithm for generating alert. The data of this accident is processed and further saved in cloud server for future use of calculating the rate of accident met per year.
The present disclosure uses vibration and crash sensors which generates an alert to nearby police station and owner of the vehicle when the value of vibration and crash surpasses the trained value of the vibration and crash sensors. GPS is connected with vibration and crash sensor which gets activated when the value of crash and vibration exceeds the trained values. This helps saving the life of victim by reducing the time of investigation.
The present disclosure uses vibration and crash sensors in vehicle which are trained with certain values. When vehicle met an accident whose intensity exceeds the trained value of sensors, the GPS gets activated and alert is generated to the nearest police station which will provide the fastest possible rescue. In the proposed system sensors are connected to the vehicle number plate, which will be helpful to receive the real-time alert to the registered owner of the vehicle.

Accidents on road become a common issue. So, a real-time monitoring and alert system is proposed which will help in investigating the accident area and the proposed system is enable to send information to the owner of vehicle. A system is proposed which will send alert to the owner of vehicle as well as an alert to nearby police station for saving the life of victim. Two sensors will be planted on the vehicle manufactured which will be connected with number plate. When vehicle met accident Vibration & Crash Sensor sends signal to the Gateway which after further processing and detecting intensity sends an alert to owner and nearby police station for reducing the time of investigation. Additional, Cloud server can also store the data of accident caused which will help the transportation department for calculating the rate of accident caused yearly. • This invention provides a system which will sends alert to owner and nearby police station regarding the accident.
• It reduces the time of investigation and helps in saving the life of victim.
• The proposed system also gathers data and stores it on a cloud server for calculating the rate of accidents per year.

1. A Smart detection & alert system of accident system comprises Sensor Node (101) which have Vibration, Crash Sensor and GPS connected via LoRa (103) modem and transfers signal to Gateway (200). Gateway (200) receives signal from sensor node (101) and transfer the data to the Wi-Fi modem (201) after further processing and saves at cloud server (202) which is fetched through designated web app (203) & mobile app (204).
2. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the accident intensity recorded by sensors exceeds then signal is transferred to the Alert Generator (300) which generates alert to the owner & nearby police station regarding accident of vehicle.
3. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein system follows the same path of transferring E-challan for sending the alert.
4. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein two sensors are planted on the vehicle manufactured which will be connected with number plate.
5. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein when vehicle met accident Vibration & Crash Sensor sends signal to the Gateway which after further processing and detecting intensity sends an alert to owner and nearby police station for reducing the time of investigation.
