Specification

Description:Field of the Invention
This invention relates to Smart Mobile Application System for Employment Generation for Labour/Contractor.
Background of the Invention
Unemployment rates vary significantly across different regions with some areas experiencing higher joblessness due to factors like awareness and lack of access and skills. Unemployment in a developing country can have a big negative impact on economic growth not only this but lack of income may result in difficulties meeting basic needs while prolonged unemployment can impact self-esteem and overall well-being. Sometimes laborers don’t get a geographical area where they can search for a job which keeps them unemployed for a very long time also few individuals don’t get the job according to their skills and experiences and to solve these problems the use of AI and IoT can be used. In this twenty-first century, the world has moved forward significantly applications are playing a major part in addressing numerous challenges, and one of the obstacles to economic progress is unemployment, which leads directly to poverty.
US10581881B2 A security platform employs a variety techniques and mechanisms to detect security related anomalies and threats in a computer network environment. The security platform is “big data” driven and employs machine learning to perform security analytics. The security platform performs user/entity behavioral analytics (UEBA) to detect the security related anomalies and threats, regardless of whether such anomalies/threats were previously known. The security platform can include both real-time and batch paths/modes for detecting anomalies and threats. By visually presenting analytical results scored with risk ratings and supporting evidence, the security platform enables network security administrators to respond to a detected anomaly or threat, and to take action promptly.

RESEARCH GAP: Implementing end to end encryption in employment generation app using IOT involves securing communication between devices and servers. Utilize secure communication protocols like MQTT or HTTPS for data transmission. Employ strong cryptographic algorithms, ensure secure key management, and regularly update security protocols to safeguard sensitive
Employment data. Additionally, consider implementing device authentication mechanism to control access. Always stay informed about the latest security practices and standards to enhance to overall security posture of your IOT enabled employment generation app.

Our app is a wage search that helps to elevate poverty. Sometimes the laborers don’t find a place where there is a requirement for human labor to solve this problem our app provides a feature of GPS technology so that the laborers can find nearby places where they can find work for their wage.
Many laborers don’t get work according to their skills and experiences our app bridges the gap so that the employee or the laborer can choose the work according to their preferences and priorities. In our society there is a stereotype that laborers can’t have a wider range of access to opportunities and to open the door our app provides a wider range of working opportunities which automatically helps them to get work easily. Our app will work as a platform where the contractor and laborers can connect and take their best steps to find each other. Users can sign in, log in using their email or phone numbers, and can also log out. For uneducated people, our app provides a feature of help assistance in their language and also a voice box to make the procedure of logging, signing in, or logging out easy.
