Abstract: An artificial intelligence based real estate system has a portal for buying and selling property with little manual procedures. The seller or buyer has to log in to the portal and provide the requested details. Each time the buyer makes a request for a property, based on artificial intelligence the system will be able to suggest property within his budget requirements along with the various options of funding facilities available.

1. A smart real estate rental system comprising :
i. A portal for collecting, storing and analyzing owner details and property details;
ii. A property appraisal platform;
iii. Automated property data manager;
iv. AI based search engine;
v. Funding Assistant.
wherein, the property appraisal platform and AI based search engine are based on artificial intelligence and machine learning.
2. The system as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the portal for collecting and analyzing the buyer and owner details includes the collection of basic details of each buyer by logging into the said portal which is stored in the said portals database for analysis.
3. The property appraisal platform as claimed in claim 1 wherein, it uses artificial intelligence to identify the factors affecting the price in particular locality and assigns a price range for the owner.
4. The automated property data manager as claimed in claim 1 wherein, it collects and stores details of property ownership, legal paper details and zonal regulations.
5. The property search engine as claimed in claim 1 wherein, it uses the said artificial intelligence algorithm to identify particular house type based on the image recognition and suggest similar houses based on the image selection.
6. The funding assistant as claimed in claim 1 wherein, it includes latest details of loans and other funding possibilities, their rates and relevant details along with an EMI calculator for each type of option availed.
