particular relates to water bottles that indicate water level and alert the user about
water consumptio'n and provides an interactive voice response and location
mapping.
DESCRIPTION OF TIIE RELATED MtT;
Proper hydration is an integral aspect of human well-being. Maintaining adequate
fluid balance is an essential component of health across the life span. Water
consumption is the primary way humans hydrate themselves. Often, people carry
around water bottles with them so they can hydrate on-the-go when they may not
be near a water source.
Publication No. CN2728368 provides a visible thermos bottle wherein the upper
part of the housing design thermos two displays, one display water temperature, a
display level. Two additional sensors at the bottom of a bottle of bile. One is a
water temperature sensor, located inside the bottom of the bottle of bile, used to
detect the bottle of instant water temperature; the other is a pressure sensor,
disposed outside the bottom of the bottle of bile, used to detect heavy pressure
bottle bile. Two sensors to provide electrical signals of each detection circuit, the
detection circuit will detect the amplified electrical signals are processed to drive
the display accordingly. Additionally the base of the bottle houses a
microcontroller along with GPS, ?"TS (Text to speech) and voice recognition
system.

Publication No. CN201920548 provides a thermos with' a water level warning
device. When water into the thermos, when the water level reaches the top of the
pressure sensor position, the top pressure sensor feel the water pressure, signaled
the bright lights 2, add water to remind those who pay attention to the need to stop
water; when the water inside the thermos use When they reach the bottom
pressure sensor position, the bottom pressure sensor to lose the pressure on,
signaling lower lights 3 light, reminding should add water to the inside of the
thermos. A thermos bottle with a water level warning indicator belongs to living
goods and mainly solves the problem that the quantity of water stored in a
traditional thermos bottle cannot be judged visually.

associated with amount of fluid in the bottle and change thereof. The sensors
remote from the bottle, which can be on an activity tracker, create digital data
associated with an activity being performed by a user, such as running, or the
-4-
absence of activity, such as remaining sedentary. A display on the bottle can
indicate to the user the amount of fluid consumed or a reminder that fluid should
be consumed.

water, for a container with a light conductor which extends over a the possible
filling levels corresponding height of the container and is supported in the wall
thereof, whereby a wettable by the liquid, the interior of the container facing first
end face of the light guide is provided with a reflecting surface and one of the first
end face is opposite the second end face of the light guide as a display surface for
the water level in the container.
Different products are available which automatically calculates a recommended
daily water intake goal especially individual and monitors the total amount 'of
fluid consumed throughout the day. Some of these also connects to user's phone
via Bluetooth. The companion app tracks your location and takes into account
temperature, humidity, and elevation data to offer smarter recommendations. The
water bottle glows when it is time for you to drink.

phone; a capacitive touch sensitive outer cover and rechargeable battery. Thc
temperature indicator, power and sensor modules are preferably contained within
the base of the water bottle.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the pressure sensor 6 in the base 1 is connected with a
controlling unit preferably a microcontroller 7 and senses the difference in the
force between full bottle and empty bottle and uses the values to showcase the
water level using different pattern on the bottle created using the optical fibers 3,
4 connected to LEDs 2. Similarly, the temperature sensor 5 in the base senses the
content temperature and glows the LEDs 2 in the appropriate shades of red to blue
depicting temperatures as hot to cold. The capacitive sense is used by virtue of the
charge of the human touch, so as soon as the user holds the bottle, it starts
showing temperature and water level. The water bottle shows realtime
temperature of the contents in the bottle, so that the user intuitively knows if the
contents are too hot or too cold. The bottle also showcases the current water level
and manages a log of daily consumption of water and average consumption
through the month. Thus the smart water'bottle. is an interactive bottle which
communicates to the user about the water status such, as without limitation how
much water has been drunk since morning/week/month/year or if its about time
and he should drink water now.
Furthermore, a hydration system is pre-defined into the microcontroller 7
according to the need of user to keep track of the amount of water consumed, and
the time difference, thus reminding the user to keep drinking water at
predetermined intervals, in order to keep the user hydrated.
