Abstract: During covid 19 situation, all institutes have gone online mode for teaching, even after covid most of the institutes are trying to teach on both modes simultaneously. Some institutes do not have enough space for organizing offline classes while following guidelines regulated by the government. Online students the attendance will be taken by the system according to their presence as face time of online students will be monitored individually by the system if a student makes unnecessary movements the warning will be shown to its window but if a student keeps on doing such activities the attendance will not get marked. This system will also record all the class lectures and store them in the database which all students can access in the future on their devices, assignment, and other study content will also be shared through this system.
This invention relates to smart teaching board and various situation.
Background of the Invention
US9734410B2: Systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable analyzing facial expressions within an interactive online event to gauge participant level of attentiveness are provided. Facial expressions from a plurality of participants accessing an interactive online event may be analyzed to determine each participant's facial expression. The determined expressions may be analyzed to determine an overall level of attentiveness. The level of attentiveness be relayed to the host of the interactive online event to inform him or her how the participants are reacting to the interactive online event. If there are participants not paying attention or confused, the host may modify their presentation to increase the attentiveness of the students.
Research Gap: In this model, it only provides the reaction of the attendee to annalize the activeness of the person but in our model on the behalf of the data annalized by the model attendance is marked.
KR20190068252A: The present invention relates to a smart attendance system capable of identifying a student who skips a lecture. The smart attendance system comprises: a student terminal recognizing an NFC tag for every preset period while an application for recognizing the NFC tag arranged on a desk of a lecture room is installed; and a manager terminal for adjusting a period that the student terminal recognizes the NFC tag and determining and displaying an attendance state, an absence state, and a skip state based on a recognition result of the NFC tag.
Research Gap: This model uses only NFC tag to recognizing an student. In some cases students may scan and leave the class. Our model uses biometrics to identify students as well as cameras to track their presence in class.
CN111564068A: The invention belongs to the field of online art teaching systems, and particularly relates to an intelligent online art teaching system which at least comprises a teacher end unit, a data processing unit and a student end unit; the teacher end unit at least comprises a teaching requirement information acquisition unit and a teacher teaching operation interface; the student end unit at least comprises a learning content display unit and a student learning operation interface. On one hand, the intelligent on-line art teaching system starts from the cognitive angle of students, is provided with a three-dimensional art teaching system, and effectively solves the problems of information divergence, information loss and the like of three-dimensional art works; on the other hand, the three-dimensional effect can be seen, the three-dimensional effect can be converted into the two-dimensional effect in the learning process, and the two-dimensional effect of artistic creation is realized.
Research Gap: This model only provides an interface for online students but our model provides an interface for both (online and offline) students.
This model doesn’t keep a record of the teaching content but in our model, it provides a database to store content that can be accessed by students. None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed. Present invention is provides the reaction of the attendee to annalize the activeness of the person but in our model on the behalf of the data annalized by the model attendance is marked.
