Abstract: The present invention relates to a snake entrapping-killing jaw device comprises an entrapping jaw at lower end and a controlling rod at upper end. We want to get rid of immediately after looking any snake because it generate great fear, so it becomes necessary to kill it or trap in mass condition. Any rod, garden tool, baton are generally used by hunters to kill it. Through these mediums we have to reach near to snake, and this is a very dangerous. More than 11000 people die every year due to snake-bite in this position. Snake can be kill afar from 8 to15 feet by this present invent device, so it reduces chances of snake-bite significantly. This device can kill running or aggressive or counter fight snake easily and perfectly. It is also quit fit device to kill snake exist inside thatch or inside cloth or in fissure or in deep pit or in well or on grass. It is very low cast, maintenance fee, durable and portable.
FILD OF INVENTION
This invention relates to snake killing device. More particularly this device is perfect to trap snake for killing. Snake can be kill from afar and proper distance by this. So it reduces risks of snake bite and any other misshaping like accident due to fear, braking of rod during strike, run-away of injured snake.
BACK GROUND OF INVENTION
Snake is very common animal in our environment. This is a very quick and intelligent; most of them counter fight and tends to bite. Thus it is very difficult work to kill, beat and chase of snake. Appearing of snake generate great fear in most of humans. Perhaps it is hereditary because snake is a big and common enemy animal to us since lacks of year. More than 11000 people die every year due to snake bite and heart failure caused by fear of snake facing. More than lacks people faced many health problems after snake-bite. We feel safe after killing snake, if it appears, this is our nature. By snake bite most of deaths happens during snake killing or chasing. Thus snake is very dangerous to us. Although there is no proper method to get rid of them. We have to call 'snake charmer' which is not easy available at every place or had to kill him by rod which is very risky, with in reference of snake bite. The unbroken teeth and venom gland of dead snake is also harmful, it should be destroy also but traditional tools are not perfect to do so. So to develop a safe snake killer tool, is the background of this invention.
Although it is said that 'the only good snake is, a dead snake' but firstly we should chance him to run away.
PRIOR ART AND THEIR DEMERIT
There are two type tool available to manage a snake,
(1) Traditional killing tools–
Rod, baton, stick, garden tool (shovel, spade) bat are such kindcommon tools used to kill snake.Sometime gun also use to kill snake. But there are so many demerits in these tools.
Demerits-
1. During snake killing it is must to come near to snake which is dangerous.
2. Snake running onbumpy and rough surface is very difficult to kill, because hitting of tool direct on snake body is not easy.
3. Killing snake existsinside thatch or under thegrass cannot kill through traditional tools because thatch or grass creates cushion over snake body and force of strike could not reach there, thus although snake got wounds over it but could not die.
4. Such tool may break during strike and snake can counter attack.
5. These are fail when snake hide in cave of any slot.
6. If any snake appear suddenly, quite fill tool to kill him cannot found easily.
7. These tool are very risky to kill running snake.
8. These tool are not fit to kill snakeriding on vertical surface.
9 These tool are very risky to kill fired and aggressive snake.
10 Most of death occurs by snake-bite during killing through these tool and in above situations.
3
11 These tool are not perfect to crush the snake mouth for purpose of destroy snake teeth and venom gland.
12 It is very risky and difficult to kill snake through these tools, lie in deep and narrow pit or in well.
(2) Snake catching traps.
Most of these traps has box shape.'Food smell generating chemicals' which attract snake are placed inside the box. Snake enter the box once, could not exit. Then the complete box is to be shifted to outsideand snake removes their by opening door or slot of box.
Demerits-
1. It is must, to be close to snake, during removing it by these traps-box. In this condition snake may revenge of his locking, which is dangerous.
2. Maximum one trap maintains by anybody at a time, so if more than one snake appears, trap cannot catch all.
3. It is not secure that snake will entre to these kind traps-box or when he will entre.
4. Heavy and big snake cannot entre to these kind traps-box.
5. Snake could not kill in this system. This is dangerous to pick and removes the snake.
6. In present of crowd or many people due to uncertainty snake feel life risk so does not take decision to enter to trap-box.
7. Any outward going snake may entre to home, if any this kind trap-box is stored in home of futureunexpected use by attraction of its smell.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
Killing to a snake, through traditional way and tools is very dangerous and not perfect, as describe before. The object of the invention, is to remove all these demerits. We know snake run around/tumble during his beaten/killing. Mostly snake-bite occurs in between this running-tumbling-killing procedure. So to stop tumble or running or movement of snake before killing is must and by this tool we get so. The jaw of tool is to be place or leaves upon the snake. By this work tool locks snake. This is the key function of this invention. The tool presenting in this invention is safe, very easy to use, low cost, and portable. Thus the major object of the present invention are as below-
1. The principle object of this invention is to save life and avoid other physical damages against snake-bite during its killing.
2. Another object is to grip and forlorn/helpless, snake from more than 8 to 15 feet.
3. Still another object is to grip running snake perfectly.
4. Still another object is to kill snake perfectly, running on grass and rough and bump surface.
5. Still another object is to kill snake perfectly, exist in deep trench, deep pit or in well.
6. Still another object is to stop all chance of snake bite during it killing.
7. Still another object is to provide good tool to fully destroy snake teeth and venom gland.

As per figure no.-01 all over shape of invent tool is like a standing mop. There are two main segments in this tool. At lower end there is snake entrapping jaw (1)and at another end there is controlling rod (39) and (29). Both these segments are connected each other with threads (25)socket(26),as per figure no.-04. The entrapping jaw (1)has several component such as sharp needles(2)with anchor shaped end (3). These needles are firmly connected with jaw (1)numbered as(10)as per figure no.-05. Aparabolic segment shaped plate (4) is connected(5)with jaw (1). Two strips (6) with hole(7)are connected on the top of this plate (4)for connecting controlling rod (24) and its upper parts (29)and(39).Jaw (1) has two little strips (8)at each end with hole (9)in it. The sharp needles (2)can be covered with a safety cap (15)to avoid accident due to its sharpness. By this purpose there are two hole (16)drilled in cap (15). Cap can fix with screws(17)upon entrapping jaw(1).
The just upper part of entrapping jaw (1)is controlling rod (24)and rod extension part (29). The controlling rod (24)has connection(23) with hollow pipe piece (20). Hollow pipe piece (20) is connected to entrapping jaw (1)by placing nut (21)and bolt (22) throughpipe piece (20)into hole (7).The pipe (24)has outside threads(25) on its free and (as per figure no-04) for the purpose to extend controlling rod (29)or (33)as per need. In figure no-02, a sample of extension rod (33)is shown, in which there is a socket (30)is connected(32)with extension rod (33). The socket has threads (31) inside for coupling with rod (24). The other end (34)of the extension rod (33)is outside threaded (35) to connecting handle rod (39).

As per figure no -01 and 03, a rod (29)is shown with its socket (26) having threads inside (27) and connection (28). The shape and mechanism of rod (29) is same as rod (33) shown in figure no-2.Thus rod(29)is also an extension rod.
The upper part of this tool may be known as controlling handle rod (39). It consist a socket (36)with inner side threads (37) connected(38) to handle segment rod (39). At other terminal of rod (39), a rubber gripper (40) is ride over rod (39). This gripper has spots (41) on it and a cap (42) by the purpose of anti-slipping. A handle (43) is also situated on the rod (39) with the help of its neck(44), it can be tight with screw (46)on rod (39). To hold screw,an inner side threaded component (45) is placed in neck(44). A round jaw (50) is shown in figure no.-06 in which set of long sharp needles(51) is anchored with plate (52). For theproper anchoring, outside threads (56) on needle (51) and inside threads (57) in round jaw (52) are provided (as per figure no. 06). For coupling round jaw (50) with controlling rod (39), a reducer cup (53) is provided. Plate (52) is attached at one end of this reducer cup (53), and on other end (54)threaded (55) are provided as per figure 06. Threads (55) will be insert into socket (26) or (36) as per need.
All the sharp needles (51) can be remove or disconnect from round jaw(50) through outside threads (56). If snake exist in narrow cavity or fissure then snake can kill using any single needle (51), in this case all needle should be remove except anyone. To connect and hold these needle, inside threadsare provided in plate no.(52).
Process and method to use this tool
The lower part of this tool is snake entrapping jaw or round jaw (50) and upper part is controlling rod(39) with handle (43).Before its use, we have to connect jaw (1) or (50) with rod (39) as per need. This process can be complete in some easy steps as described below.
Step-1Estimate the nearby distance from where you want to entrap, targeted snake and connect extension rod (33) to handle rod (39) in required number by tighten thread into socket(36).
Step-2 If snake is in wide and plan area, then jaw (1) will be connect and if snake is hide in narrow, cave, fissure or in cavity than connect long needle round jaw (50).
If jaw (1) is required then connect rod (24) to entrapping jaw (1) with nut(21) and bolt (22)[firstly place pipe (22) between strips(6) and then tight with (21) and (22)]. After this connection entrapping jaw will swing freely to words it gravitational force line by itself weight. If it is need to set jaw (1) at any angle, then bolt (22) should be tight some more. After tight it first time there is no need to detach jaw from nut(21) and bolt (22).
Step-3Tight threads no. (25) To socket (26). Remove cop (15) from jaw (1) by open screw (17). Now tool is ready to use.
Step (04) lift the whole tool in air withholding it on handles(40) and (43). Move its ‘entrapping jaw’(1) or (50) upon snake and drop or push it with arm power. The sharp needle will penetrate the snake and now he con not run away anywhere, in this conditions the anchor (3) of needle (2) entraps firmly to snake body. Now snake can be placed easily at desire place by pulling whole tool. The snake lie afar from hunter in this whole scenario, so there is no chance to snake-bite occurs.
