Abstract: The present subject matter relates to a soap packaging system 100 for packaging soap units in a predetermined configuration. The soap packaging system 100 comprises a modular stamping unit 102, a modular conveyor belt 104 and a modular folder assembly 106. Further, the modular stamping unit 102 can be adjusted in accordance with a second predefined configuration. Similarly, the modular conveyor belt 104 can be adjusted in accordance with the second predefined configuration. In addition, the modular folder assembly 106 can also be adjusted in accordance with the second predefined configuration. These adjustments are done on their respective offline adjustment stations and the adjusted modular stamping unit 102, the adjusted modular conveyor belt 104 and the adjusted modular folder assembly 106 can be installed on the soap packaging system 100 thereby reducing the changeover time.

an modular folder assembly (106) removably installed in the soap packaging system (100) in proximity to the second end (112) of the modular conveyor belt (104) to receive the soap unit from the adjustable pocket (108) and to wrap the soap unit in a package material in accordance with a first predefined configuration; wherein
one or more of the modular stamping unit (102), modular conveyor belt (104), and modular folder assembly (106) is adjustable in accordance with at least a second predefined configuration, and wherein one or more of the modular stamping unit (102), modular conveyor belt (104), and modular folder assembly (106) is removable from the soap packaging system (100) to be adjusted in accordance with the second predefined configuration.
2. The soap packaging system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the modular stamping unit (102) is removably coupled to an offline stamping unit adjustment station (200) to be adjusted in accordance with the second predefined configuration.
3. The soap packaging system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the modular conveyor belt (104) is removably coupled to an offline conveyor belt adjustment station (300) to be adjusted in accordance with the second predefined configuration.
4. The soap packaging system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the modular folder assembly (106) is removably coupled to an offline folder assembly adjustment station (400) to be adjusted in accordance with the second predefined configuration.
5. The soap packaging system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the modular stamping unit (102) comprises:
a first adjustable mechanism (202) to adjust dimensions of the modular stamping unit (102) based on a predefined configuration of a batch of soap units to be processed.
6. The soap packaging system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the modular conveyor belt (104) comprises:
a second adjustment mechanism (306) to adjust a first gap (308) between the two consecutive adjustable pockets (108) based on a predefined configuration of a current batch of soap units to be processed.
7. The soap packaging system (100) as claimed in 1, wherein the modular folder assembly (106) further comprising:
a third adjustment mechanism (404) to adjust dimensions of the folder assembly (106) based on a predefined configuration of a current batch of soap units to be processed.
8. The soap packaging system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the plurality of adjustable pockets (108) comprises:
a fixed part (108-a) removably installed on the conveyor belt to hold a soap unit; and
a movable part (108-b) removably installed adjacent to the fixed part (108-a) on the conveyor belt (106) to hold the soap unit, wherein a second gap (108-c) between the fixed part (108-a) and the movable part (108-b) is adjustable based on a predefined configuration of a current batch of soap units to be processed.
9. The soap packaging system (100) as claimed in claim 8, wherein the fixed part (108-a) is secured to the conveyor belts by nuts or bolts.
10. The soap packaging system (100) as claimed in claim 8, wherein the movable part (108-b) is secured to the conveyor belts by nuts or bolts.
11. A method (500) of reducing a change-over time in soap packaging process, for packaging batches of soap units, from a first predefined configuration to a second predefined configuration, the method (500) comprising:
determining dimensions associated with the second predefined configuration;
