1. A notification system, comprising:
a. a website;
b. an electronic device specifically a smartphone; and
c. a mobile application;
wherein, the mobile application and the website can be accessed through the electronic device, where the website collects all the information related to the amendments; and the mobile application creates a notification which is used to notify the general public about the amendments made in the government rules and regulations.
2. A system as claimed in claim 1 wherein, the mobile application reads all the amendments made by the government to the existing laws and creates an alert with the notification having all the key points of the amendments which are automatically sent to all the users of the website.
3. A method involved in notifying the changes in the rules and regulations imposed by the government, comprising:
a. installation of the mobile application on their electronic device such as smartphones;
b. user registration with the website and the mobile application to create an account on the user’s name;
c. gathering all the information related to the amendments made to the existing rules and regulations by collecting information from the government-run websites;
d. report creation by the website based on the gathered information;
e. interpretation of the gathered information by the mobile application to create a bulletin report;
f. sending the bulletin report to all the users, which discloses all the key points of the amendments and all the rules which the general public has to follow after the amendment is in force.
, Description:Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates generally to the notification systems, and more particularly to the notification system which can notify the changes in the government rules, regulations and acts which are concerned with the general public, highlighting the main points of the amendment, which is easily understandable to the general public.
Background of the Invention
The government of a country constantly amends the rules and regulations which were set earlier, keeping in mind the well-being and the ease of living of the citizens of the country. In such a move, several key points of the amendments go unnoticed due to lack of access to information, no clear notification system, language barriers and so forth. When a clear message is not conveyed to the public, then there are chances where the public might incur losses in such cases and which can even lead to undesirable circumstances.
As the government changes, the rules and regulations set by the new government also changes, along with the substantial changes in the existing rules and regulations based on the existing trend, the government tend to change or amend the rules.
The government policies are the written or unwritten guidelines which are used when responding to issues and situations. These are usually discussed publicly and written down, either as or within laws and official regulations (such as those of a government agency, e.g. the Department of Education), or as statements of policy in government documents. These policies are amended by the policymakers and the responsible government officials which benefits the general public. But when several amendments are made, the government issues a notification in legal language which is conveyed to the general public by media which can be digital, newspapers, articles, television, and so forth, where the general public can tend to miss the key points of amendments in this busy life.
Therefore there is a need for a system where the amendments which are made by the government in the existing rules and regulations, are directly conveyed to the general public through an application, which enlists all the key points of the amendments and the necessary steps which has to be adapted by the general public, which can make the life easier for the general public.
Objects of the Invention
The primary object of the present invention is to provide an application to notify the amendments made in the government rules and regulations to the general public.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an application which lists the key points made in the amendments.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide an application, which automatically creates a notification with all the key changes made in the rules and regulation of the government and sends an alert to the users.
Summary of the Invention
A system to provide a notification alert to the users along with the government rules and regulation amendments is disclosed. The present invention comprises of a website, a smartphone, and a mobile application with a notification system which reads all the amendments made by the government to the existing laws and creates an alert with the notification having all the key points of the amendments which are automatically sent to all the users of the website.
According to the present invention, when a government amends an existing law, the website collects all the information related to the amendments and creates a list of key points which are related to the amendment. The website directs the mobile application which is connected to the website to send an alert to all the users about the amendments which are made to the existing law,. The mobile application then reads all the information collected by the website related to the amendments and creates a bulletin point report showing the main points of the amendment and the rule which the general public has to follow. The notification remains same in the website and the mobile application until next time the government amends the rule.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The present invention discloses a notification system to notify the general public about the amendments made in the government rules and regulations. The components of the present invention includes a website, a smartphone, and a mobile application with a notification system which reads all the amendments made by the government to the existing laws and creates an alert with the notification having all the key points of the amendments which are automatically sent to all the users of the website.
FIG 1 discloses the notification creation process with the notification showing key changes in the government rules after amendments are done. With reference to FIG 1, the notification creation and sending process is disclosed wherein, the users would have to install a mobile application on their electronic device such as smartphones. The user would have to register with the website and the mobile application to create an account on the user’s name. When government makes any amendments to the existing rules and regulations, then the website gathers all the information related to the amendments which are made, by taking all the information from the government-run website and creates a report. The mobile application interprets all the information gathered by the website to create a bulletin report which discloses all the key points of the amendment and all the rules which the general public has to follow after the amendment is in force.
According to the present invention, the notification which is created by the mobile application remains same in the website and the mobile application until next time the government amends the rule.
There are several advantages of the present invention.
The primary advantage of the present invention is that the mobile application automatically reads all the information gathered by the website.
Another advantage of the present invention is that the notification contains all the key points for the amendments which save the time for the users who would not have to go through the complete legal document to understand the amendments.
Yet another advantage of the present invention is that the application displays all the information related to the amendments.
