Solar Acetone Power Generator (Acesol) And Method Of Generating Power

Abstract: ABSTRACT SOLAR ACETONE POWER GENERATOR (ACESOL) AND METHOD OF GENERATING POWER The solar acetone power generator is a mechanism in which the system operates on solar and battery power without relying on a single source. The operation of the system depends entirely on the working fluid (acetone) instead of the fuel source that does not need to be constantly refilled. Acetone is an organic compound which does not cause any toxic effect to environment.

Specification

FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates power generators. The invention relates to solar power generators particularly, and specifically to an efficient power generator using solar energy.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Modern generators use fuels like petrol, diesel and other fuel which are detrimental to our atmosphere by producing unburned hydrocarbons and harmful gases. Other generators requires their primary fuel to run the system without which the cycle remains incomplete. In order to complete the cycle effectively their fuel need to be refilled frequently which makes the system economically non feasible. An economical and eco friendly system have to be exhaust free and should not reliant on a single primary source.
Therefore it is an object of the invention to disclose a generator that is efficient, safe, economical, and eco-friendly.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
To meet the objects of the invention and overcome the problems of the prior art it is disclosed here, a device for converting solar energy to electric power comprising of plurality of lens to focus solar rays onto water tubes in heat exchanger, the heat exchanger in turn heating up acetone, characterized in that, the heated up acetone gas sent to a turbine to generate electric power.
It is also disclosed here, a method of producing electric energy from solar power comprising the steps of: receiving and focusing solar rays in plurality of lens; heating water in copper tubes using the focused

solar rays; heating acetone and converting it into gas
in a heat exchanger form the heat of water; sending the
gas to an electric turbine to generate electricity; and
storing the electric power in battery packs.
BRIEF DSCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG 1. Shows the flow diagram and the elements of one or mor embodiments of the invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A gas generator is used to harness the energy liberated as heat in a variety of processes and converts it into a form of electricity which is useful for applications in the industry sectors, home appliances, agriculture, etc.
In the instant invention, the working fluid used is propanone (Acetone) which has a boiling point of (55-60°C). The fluid is heated by the solar radiation through fresnel lens. The first step of the process is to transfer heat gotten from the fresnel lens to the copper tube. This is done by having the heat source of lens to increase the temperature of fluid inside the copper tube and the produced gas is sent through the turbine to generate electricity which is boosted by an step-up transformer then it is used for required applications. This system is implemented and the result shows that the power generated is adequate to run the home appliances equipment’s and that the generator economy is better and it also operates with three other sources. It will help society to solve the energy shortage in future.
The invention disclosed here is based on the mechanism of thermal power plant. The heat source is provided by

solar radiation and is sent directly to the Fresnel
lens to elevate the heat energy that passes through the
water in the tank, which increases the water
temperature to 70-80 ° C.
The acetone present in the heat exchanger will converted into high pressure gas due to low boiling point of the solution. Then the gas is sent to the turbine to produce a DC supply of 12V of voltage.
The power is sent to both the battery and the inverter to raise the supply power of 230-240Volts. Then the step-up voltage is sent to the motor and other uses.
The device and method disclosed here can be used for multiple purposes. Compared to other generators, the disclosed system remains highly efficient and can be designed at minimal cost so that it can be used by ordinary people. The fuel-free system design makes it exhaust-free and remains environmentally friendly. The system remains noise-free due to the reduction of the combustion chamber. The system's working fluid is safe for humans as it is present in the human body itself. Since the system's design does not rely on a single source, it can be used in any situation. The system does not require much storage space and stays compact in size. It can also be used for many other applications since the structure is portable.
