Solar Heat Receiving Vessel
Abstract: Disclosed is a solar heat receiving vessel (13) arranged at the top of a tower (21) erected on the ground in which a compressible working fluid is heated and raised in temperature by heat obtained by conversion of sunlight collected by a solar heat collector arranged on the ground. This solar heat receiving vessel (13) comprises modules (41) having the same shape which are provided with a casing (42) equipped with a bottom plate (46) fixed to the upper surface of the top of the tower (21) and a heat transmitting pipe unit (43) having heat transmitting pipes (52) accommodated in this casing (42) whereby heat is supplied. The modules (41) are arranged back to back and the bottom ends thereof are connected to the outer circumferential end of the bottom plate (46) in order to form the casing (42). Also a sunlight inlet (51) that has a circular shape when seen from the front or an elliptical shape when seen from the front is provided in the middle of a plate shaped member (50) that extends obliquely upwards from the outer circumferential end.
