SUMMARY
[0010] The following presents a simplified summary of one or more aspects in order to provide a basic understanding of such aspects. This summary is provided to introduce a selection of concepts in a simplified form that are further described below in the Detailed Description section. This summary is not an extensive overview of all contemplated aspects, and is intended to neither identify key or critical elements of all aspects nor delineate the scope of any or all aspects. Its sole purpose is to present some concepts of one or more aspects in a simplified form as a prelude to the more detailed description that is presented later.
[0011] The object of the present disclosure is solved by providing in the solar panel fastening means comprising a sheet of metal and a weight, wherein the sheet of metal is bent so as to form a first slant, a second slant, a flat bottom portion between the first and second securing edges, between the first edge section and the flat bottom and the second oblique section between the second fastening edge and the flat bottom, wherein the planes of the first fastening edge and the second fastening edge are parallel, and with the weight placed on the flat bottom section, it is novel two fastening units, symmetrically centered on its central part, and the flat bottom part can be split in a simple operation before the solar panels are installed, the fastening unit being a threaded hole passing through a sheet of metal and the center section of the flat base is. Thanks to the two threaded openings in the flat bottom section, gravity can be attached to either side of the flat bottom section, depending on whether the row of solar panels starts or the last row is placed.
[0012] Before starting the first row placement, the fastener is split in half along the flat bottom portion, with one side of the fastener used to attach the first row of solar panels to the flat roof and the other side of the fastener used to attach the last row of solar panels to the flat roof. The fastener can be split in half using a welding device or a disc cutter. The weights can be secured to the flat bottom by a bolt through a heavier hole, which is screwed into the threaded hole. The threaded opening may be provided with a threaded reinforcing member axially connected to strengthen the attachment, such as a threaded end or a nut. The use of a threaded hole and attachment of a bolt through this weight facilitates the storage of the fasteners, since the flat fastener or the threaded hole alone does not prevent the fasteners from being superimposed.
[0013] The use of two mounting units on the flat bottom and the ability to easily split the mounting means a great advantage and economic benefit, especially when there are many rows of solar panels to be installed and the number of rows is small.

In some instances, well known structures and components are shown in block diagram form in order to avoid obscuring such concepts.
[0023] Although the present invention has been described a means for attaching solar panels on a flat roof structure, it should be appreciated that the same has been done merely to illustrate the invention in an exemplary manner and any other purpose or function for which the explained structure or configuration can be used, is covered within the scope of the present disclosure.
[0024] Exemplary embodiments will now be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which exemplary embodiments are shown. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. These embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those of ordinary skill in the art. Moreover, all statements herein reciting embodiments of the invention, as well as specific examples thereof, are intended to encompass both structural and functional equivalents thereof. Additionally, it is intended that such equivalents include both currently known equivalents as well as equivalents developed in the future (i.e., any elements developed that perform the same function, regardless of structure).
[0025] Various terms as used herein are shown below. To the extent a term used in a claim is not defined below, it should be given the broadest definition persons in the pertinent art have given that term as reflected in printed publications and issued patents at the time of filing.
[0026] In an embodiment of the present disclosure, FIG. 1, 2, 3 and 4 illustrate an exemplary implementation of present invention, where the solar panel fastening means comprises a metal sheet 1 and a weight 2, wherein the metal sheet 1 is bent so as to form a first flat edge 5, a first fastening edge 3, a second fastening edge 4, a first fastening edge 3 and a second fastening edge 3 a first inclined portion 6 and a second inclined portion 7 disposed between the second attachment edge 4 and the flat bottom portion 5. The planes of the first mounting edge 3 and the second mounting edge 4 are parallel to receiving the solar panel (not shown). The weight 2 is arranged on a flat bottom part 5 by means of a fastening unit arranged symmetrically with respect to the middle part of the two bottom parts. Before the solar panels are installed, the flat bottom portion 5 can be divided by a simple operation along the center of the flat bottom portion 5 by a transverse stamping of the metal sheet 1. The fastening unit is a threaded opening 10 passing through the bottom part 5 of the metal sheet 1. In an exemplary embodiment, a threaded reinforcing element 11, which is a nut, is axially connected to the threaded opening 10.
[0027] For attaching the solar panels by means of a corresponding mounting bracket (not shown), the first mounting edge 3 and the second mounting edge 4 have openings 12. Turn the bolt 13 through the weight 2 into the nut.
[0028] The weight 2 can be attached to either side of the flat bottom 5 depending on whether the first row of solar panels is started or the last row is placed. Before starting the first row placement, the fastener is split in half along the split line 9 on the flat bottom 5, with one side used to attach the first row of solar panels to the flat roof and the other side to be used to attach the last row of solar panels to the flat roof.
[0029] The clamping device is cut in half with a disc cutter. The weights 2 can be secured to the flat bottom part 5 by a bolt 13 inserted through a hole in the weight and screwed into the threaded hole 10. The threaded bore 10 may be provided with a threaded reinforcing element 11, which is a nut, for axially and welded attachment. The use of a threaded hole 10 and attachment of a bolt 13 through this weight facilitates the storage of the fastening means, since the flat fastening unit in the form of a threaded opening 10 does not prevent the fastening means from being superposed on one another. When using a fastening unit 11 with a reinforcing element, it is recommended that the lower part of the weight has a recess corresponding to the height of the fastening element.
[0030] The fastener is made from a 5x80 mm steel bar which is hot dip galvanized. For flat roof installation, the recommended angle for solar panels is 15-35 degrees.
[0031] The use of two mounting units on the flat bottom and the ability to easily split the mounting means a great advantage and economic benefit, especially when there are many rows of solar panels to be installed and the number of rows is small. For example, 2 (n / 2 + 1) or n + 2 identical fasteners are required to install n numbers of solar panels in two rows. Half of them are used to connect both rows and the other half is used to fasten the outer sides of the solar panels to the roof after splitting each fastener. The use of such a fastener eliminates the need to supply two types of fasteners for construction.
[0032] It should be understood that sequence numbers of the foregoing processes do not mean execution sequences in various embodiments of this application. The execution sequences of the processes should be determined according to functions and internal logic of the processes, and should not be construed as any limitation on the implementation processes of the embodiments of the present invention.
