Solar Powered Sprayer With Single Axis Sun Tracking

Abstract: The present innovation relates to devices for forcing liquid by pumping liquid at high pressure through a spray nozzle. The device includes frame, solar panel, solar tracking sensor, frame, electric fan, jar, submersible pump, servomotor, piping, spray nozzle and on/off switch. The submersible pump forces high pressure liquid jet through the nozzle; the pump motor being powered by the battery pack which is charged by solar energy.

Claims:We claim:
1. A solar powered sprayer, consisting of
- A frame,
- A solar panel,
- Solar tracking sensor,
- Frame,
- Electric fan,
- Jar,
- Submersible pump,
- Lithium ion battery pack,
- Servomotor,
- Piping,
- Spray nozzle and
- On/off switch.
2. The aforementioned (claim 1) sprayer is operated by a submersible pump with hermetically sealed DC electric motor.
3. The aforementioned (claims 1 and 2) sprayer includes a lithium-ion battery pack that drives the DC motor motive power.
4. The aforementioned (claims 1,2,3 and 4)sprayer includes a solar panel for direct charging of battery characterized by the solar panel being maneuvered to track the position of the sun using single hydraulic motor for rotation along the axis parallel to the frame.
5. The aforementioned (claims 1,2,3,4 and 5) sprayer comprises also a single axis solar tracking controller equipped with panel mounted sensor where the controller drives the single hydraulic motor to rotate the solar panel along the axis parallel to the frame.
6. The aforementioned (claims 1,2,3,4, 5 and 6) sprayer includes a frame mounted electric fan powered by the lithium-ion battery pack.
7. The aforementioned (claims 1,2,3,4, 5, 6 and 7) sprayer incorporates an on/off switch to power the submersible pump motor to spray pressurized liquid through a nozzle and the electric fan.
8. The aforementioned (claims 1,2,3,4, 5, 6, 7 and 8) sprayer enables climate control for the user where in the solar panel and the electric fan provides shade and airflow, respectively. , Description:The solar power sprayer with sun tracking consist of sun-tracker and a hydraulic arm. The sensor controls the arm for optimizing the position of the solar panel and maximizing the output. By switch in the bottom of the structure the spray and the fan can be switched on. The spraying liquid is in the container at the back. The battery is being charged by the solar panel. For the optimization battery weights less. So the user has to carry less weight. It increases the usability and comfort of the user.
