Solar Pv Panel Integrated Frp Panel For Light Commercial Vehicles With Passive Heat Absorption

Abstract: The system (300) includes a light commercial vehicle 302 configured to utilize a Solar PV panel integrated FRP panel. The container of light commercial vehicle 302 left side, right side, and top side are made up of the Solar PV panel integrated FRP panel 100, back doors (304) may made up of a thermal insulation composite sandwich structural FRP panel, wind deflector 402 is made up of either the thermal insulation composite sandwich structural FRP panel or the Solar PV panel integrated FRP panel 100. The solar PV panel integrated FRP panel includes a resin-infused Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (GFRP) (102), a Polyurethane Foam (PUF) (104), a resin-infused Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (GFRP) (106), an outer layer, an aluminum layer (202), a solar panel (108), and a hard-coated UV resistance glass (110). The Polyurethane Foam (PUF) (104) is a central thermal core. The aluminum layer (202) facilitates heat absorption from the solar panel (108) and enhances efficiency. The Solar PV panel integrated FRP panel for Light Commercial Vehicles provides thermal insulation protection from room temperature (25°C) to an elevated temperature of 60°C, reducing temperature gradients by at least 10°C.

FIG. 3 illustrates an isometric view of a Light Commercial Vehicle with solar PV panel integrated FRP panel according to some embodiments herein;
FIG. 4 illustrates an front view of a Light Commercial Vehicle with solar PV panel integrated FRP panel according to some embodiments herein; , Claims:I/We Claim:

1. A Solar PV panel integrated FRP panel for Light Commercial Vehicles with passive heat absorption (100), wherein the system (100) comprises:
a light commercial vehicle (302) configured to utilize Solar PV panel integrated FRP panel;
characterized in that, the light commercial vehicle (302) enclosure is made using the solar PV panel integrated FRP panel.
2.A Solar PV panel integrated FRP panel for Light Commercial Vehicles with passive heat absorption (100), wherein the solar PV panel integrated FRP panel comprises a resin infused Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (GFRP) (102), a Polyurethane Foam (PUF) (104), a resin infused Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (GFRP) (106) an outer layer, a solar panel (108), a UV and abrasion resistance transparent hard coating (110) an optional an aluminum layer (202) and a gel coat.
3.The Solar PV panel integrated FRP panel (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the Polyurethane Foam (PUF) (104) acted as a thermal core with a thickness ranging from 10 mm to 200 mm.
4.The solar PV panel integrated FRP panel (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the resin infused Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (GFRP) (102) is optionally coated with a gel coat, a thin layer.
5.The Solar PV panel integrated FRP panel (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the solar PV panel integrated FRP panel (100) offer thermal insulation protection while generating electricity from solar panels (108) for the light commercial vehicle (302) from room temperature (25°C) to elevated temperature of 40°C with a reduction of temperature gradient at least to 10°C depending on the environment and applied insulation thickness.
6.The Solar PV panel integrated FRP panel (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aluminum layer (202) is an optional layer.
7.The Solar PV panel integrated FRP panel (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aluminum layer (202) is a thermal coolant that absorbs the heat generated by the solar panel (108) and increases the efficiency.
8.The Solar PV panel integrated FRP panel (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the UV and abrasion resistance transparent hard coating (110), a top layer, protects the solar panel (108) from the damaging effects of UV radiation, extending their lifespan and maintaining the efficiency of the solar panel (108).
9.The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the light commercial vehicle (302) enclosure of 3 sides left side, right side, and top side are made up of Solar PV panel integrated FRP panel (100), container back doors (304) is made up of a thermal insulation composite sandwich structural FRP panel, wind deflector (402) is made up of either the thermal insulation composite sandwich structural FRP panel or the Solar PV panel integrated FRP panel (100).
