Abstract: In Ringframes the attendees will be given work load to lake care no. of sides in Ringframe based on the process parameters like count, ho of spindles in the ringframe, breakage rate and etc... It varies from 1 side to 10 sides. With the given trend of increased spindles in the Ringframes, length of the Ringframe is going on increasing and now it is 80mtrs length. Ringframe attendees finding it very difficult to walk all the way which results in loss of working efficiency, increase in waste, package defects and etc. My invention is a motorized trolley to carry the Ringframe attendees to the place where needs attendance.

Field of Invention
The present invention relates to a Motorized trolley suitable to carry Ringframe attendees to attend the end breaks and other works in the Ringframe
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In Ringframes the 3ttendees will be given work load to take care no. of sides in Ringframe based on the process parameters like count, no of spindles in the ringframe, breakage rate and etc. It varies from 1 side to 10 sides.
With the given trend of increased spindles in the Ringframes, length of the Ringframe is going on increasing and now it is 80mtrs length. Ringframe attendees finding it very difficult to walk all the way which results in loss of working efficiency, increase in waste, package defects and etc.
SUMMARY OF INVENTION
My invention is a motorized trolley to carry the Ringframe attendees to the place where needs attendance, with various features as explained below.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
Spinbike Trolley (1) is made up of following parts and the working principle is as below Base frame (2) made up of sheetmetal or plastic moulded is moved forward and backward through the Motor (3), Gear box (4) and set of Drive shaft (5) and 4nos Solid rubber wheels(6). The main motor is controlled by an Inverter (7) to have a desired direction of movement of the Trolley (1), Travelling speed of the Trolley(l), Acceleration and Deceleration speed of the Trolley(l). Guide rail(8) is provided at one side of the alley to guide the trolley(l) to move in straight path. Guide roller(9) are fitted at both sides of the trolley which guides the trolley(l) to move on the guide rails. Handles (10) are provided at both sides of the Trolley for support during travelling. ON OFF Switch (11) with speed variation is provided in both handles, so that the attendee can travel in the direction and1 speed he wish. Chair(12) is provided where the attendee can sit and realx when ever he needs. Power to the main motor is provided through Bus bar system (13) or Cable carrier system or Battery operated, based on the customer needs. At both sides of trolley a limit switch(14) is provided, which will stop the movement of the trolley(l) when attendee not stopped the trolley (1) after crossing the travelling length. LED Lights(15) is provided at both sides of the trolley to illuminate the area where attendee needs working.

A SPINBIKE- Motorized trolley suitable to carry Ringframe attendees to attend the end breaks and other works in the Ringframe which comprises of Base frame (2) made up of sheetmetal or plastic moulded is moved forward and backward through the Motor (3), Gear box (4) and set of Drive shaft (5) and 4nos Solid rubber wheels(6).

A SPINBIKE- Motorized trolley suitable to carry Ringframe attendees to attend the end breaks and other works in the Ringframe as claimed in claim nos.l, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 wherein at both sides of trolley a limit switch(14) is provided, which will stop the movement of the trolley(l) when attendee not stopped the trolley (1) after crossing the travelling length
8. A SPINBIKE- Motorized trolley suitable to carry Ringframe attendees to attend the end breaks end other works in the Ringframe as claimed in claim nos.l, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7 wherein LED Lights(15) is provided at both sides of the trolley to illuminate the area where attendee needs working
9. A SPINBIKE- Motorized trolley suitable to carry Ringframe attendees to attend the end breaks and other works in the Ringframe described as herein above with reference to the accompanying drawings
