Abstract: ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE SPINNING MACHINE In a spinning machine, a yarn accumulating device 23 is arranged on a yarn path formed between a spinning device 22 and a winding device 25. In a winding interruption operation, in a state in which a spun yarn 5 is remaining on a yarn accumulating roller 51, a tension is applied to the spun yarn 5 by a yarn hooking member 53, and a traverse device 73 traverses the spun yarn 5 with a traverse width W2 shortened as compared with that before a start of the winding interruption operation.
