Abstract: PATENT SPMPG (Self Propelled Magnetic Power Generator) ABSTRACT A Self Propelled Magnet Power Generator with high power repelling from magnets which rotates the Flywheel to required RPM and then the fly wheel moves with customized SS Gear Box, which further moves the Gear Box and gives particular required RPM with high torque to run PMG which generates non-stop electrical current for many years without any geographical restrictions. The components of SPMPG are non-hazardous and are pollution free as it does not emit any emissions of any nature whatsoever. SPMPG generates electricity, and the generator does not require any external starting force and then without burning any fossil fuel or any other external resources can produce green energy (electricity) for X number of days without any interruption continuously. SPMPG can generate electricity up to 100 KW and beyond for residential use, up to 1MW and beyond for commercial use and up to 50 to 100 MW and beyond for industrial use. SPMPG requires less infrastructure cost and requires 10% of land space compare to any other type of traditional power plants. There is huge saving in labour cost and huge saving in Operation cost. SPMPG generates constant and stable pure sine wave electricity and is not dependent on any external source (Petrol, Diesel, Bio-Gas, Solar, Wind etc.) and it requires less time for installation compared to any other traditional power plant. SPMPG has zero carbon emission which results in decreasing carbon dioxide level for good quality air, and since there is no use of water for generation of electricity there is huge saving of water resource, and further there being no release of any by-product there is no risk of bio-hazard or radiation leakage. No more dependency on solar, wind, thermal or hydro power.

1.TITLE OF THE INVENTION : SPMPG (SELF PROPELLED MAGNETIC POWER GENERATOR)
DESCRIPTION:-
SPMPG-(Self Propelled Magnetic Power Generator). Generating electricity from magnetic model through high output torque with repulsion in association with gear box and customised permanent magnet generator.
BACKGROUND:
1.1. The statements in this section merely provide background information related to the present disclosure.
1.2. The present disclosure broadly relates to Self Propelled Magnetic Power Generator
1.3. This invention relates to a global overall mechanism drive machine named "SELF PROPELLED MAGNETIC POWER GENERATOR" (SPMPG) which uses force of repelling Permanent Magnets when it come in contact with customised gear box and Permanent Magnet Generator or alternator which works on change of magnetism into kinetic energy, connecting gear box with Shaft which in turn rotate the generator which further result in producing electrical energy.
1.4. The kinetic energy generated through the generator does not
need any fuel of any nature whatsoever and thus creates a pure
ecological energy. Therefore, we get an alternating current.
1.5 Structural Preparation- The materials used in the complete
mechanism except the alternator (pmg) is that of pure stainless steel no. 304. (A) THE MAGNETIC FLYWHEEL: The flywheel used is purely
made in stainless steel 304 material. The weight of flywheel is
250 kilogram and the diameter is 750 mm.
(B)THE NEODYMIUM MAGNET'S MECHANISM: The magnet
used in flywheel is rare earth neodymium (n) series magnet. The
shape of magnet is rectangular bar magnet. The Gauss power of
magnet in flywheel is 10,000 (ten thousand Gauss power) and
the size is 9 centimeter and the quantity of magnets is 12
magnets which is called rotor; the stator magnet size is 9 inch
having 25000 (twenty five thousand) Gauss power for rotating
the flywheel with high torque.
(C)THE HOUSING ASSEMBLY: To fit flywheel a housing assembly is prepared which is also made of pure stainless steel along with pedestal flange and coupling bearing. The stator stand fitted at the end of flywheel is also made of stainless steel in which the stator magnet is fitted. The shaft used is also made of pure stainless steel. The plate which is fitted in assembly is sized 50mm gauge and plate size is 4x5= 20 square foot.
(D)THE GEAR BOX: The gear box used is also made in stainless steel 304 material and the specification is as under below: Ratio: 1:2 (input rpm 140-180 and output rpm is 280-360) Base plate size: 40mm Width: 500 mm Height: 400 mm Length size: 1 meter

After fixing all the above materials in a sequence as shown in the 3d drawing the required area is 20 x 20 square foot and the weight of all mechanism devices after finalisation and assembling is 2 metric tons which gives 5kw nonstop 24x7 clean and green energy in the form of alternative current.
1.6 Application-
1. To fit magnet in stainless steel flywheel.
2. Flywheel will be fitted in assembly housing.
3. Fitting gear box through shaft outer corner part corning through stainless steel pedestal.
4. Connecting flywheel through flange coupling bearing with gear box input rpm shaft.
5. Gear box outer rpm part will be connected through flange coupling bearing with alternator, therefore the alternator called (pmg) will start rotating in particular final required rpm and hence clean and green constant alternative current will be generated 24x7 and 365 days.
1.7 The whole mechanism is simple and unique as just after generating
electricity according to the size and design we can get easily
connected to grid or wherever required on mobility.
1.8 This system can be installed in 40"feet container and can be moved easily wherever the power is required with subject to approval of local authorities Country to Country approval.
1.9 All materials used in making machine contained of pure stainless steel to match required parameter.
1.10 Key Features:
Use of stainless steel 304 material in gear box ratio 1:2 which get input 140-180 RMP and give out put 280-360 RPM which is sufficient to run a generator connected with gear box which can allow generation of electricity to the extent of 5 KW extendable to 1MEGA WATT after modifying the parameters, dimensions and capacity of flywheels in the generator accordingly to enhance the capacity of electricity generation and supply.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING:
a) Fig (A) - is a 3D drawing of Housing Assembly made in pure stainless steel material ( No.304) also contained and fixed with pure stainless Steel No. 304 Flywheel size( 750 mm). In fig A RARE EARTH NEODYMIUM MAGNET (N-52) is also attached in Flywheel with Gauss Power lower than Stator Magnet. In Fig A- 003 is a small stainless steel stator which attached with high Gauss Power (calculation of magnet power) Neo dymium Magnets at the end edge of housing assembly and fitted in such a way that whenever the North pole come in front of each other it repels with high pressure so that the fly wheel turns with its torque power for N- number of days.
b) Fig (B)- is Gear Box ratio 1:2 made of pure S.S which when given an input of 140-180 RPM, gives an output of 280-360 RPM which results in rotation of the permanent magnet generator.
c) Fig(C) - is a Permanent Magnet high efficiency Generator RPM 320-345 which gets movement with high Torque and momentum from Fig A+B which results constant green energy output 24x7 and 365 days.

INSPIRATION OF INVENTION:
As per law of nature as much as food, water and air are vital for survival of life, so is the electricity now the vital aspect of better human life with emphasis on pure and clean energy with less carbon emission and thus environment friendly. The supply of electricity is not only insufficient in modern times but is also expensive to produce, generate and supply the electricity to the end-user at affordable and reasonable price. This is a universal problem and energy efficiency is the core of development for any country more so the developing countries. With the invention of this self propelled magnetic power generator not only the pure green energy at affordable and reasonable rates can be provided to the larger section of Society but it also allows saving the natural resources of the nations and utilization of man-power for other development activities. Less land area for installation, minimal production cost of electricity generation and supply and no emission of carbon results in not only cheap and quality electricity but saves the environment and nature of the nation thus providing a better and quality life to the mankind, and also safeguards the flora and fauna.
CLAIMS: We Claim,
1. This Self Propelled Magnetic Power Generator (SPMPG) does not require any external source of energy.
2. Fixing of Magnet in such a gap and distance in a fly wheel which do not disturb each other magnetism to get constant movement and momentum for a long time.
3. The magnet fitted in starter is of such a high Gauss Power that the S.S. flywheel move quicker without any break.(Rule:- North pole to North pole repels)
4. The required Torque to running a generator is always maintained by S.S. fly wheel containing of Gauss Power Neo-dymium magnet lower than Gauss Power of starter magnet with high torque output from magnet repulsion power which in turn keeps the generator working constant even on full load.
5. Stainless Steel 304 material is used to build Flywheel to get momentum with weight 250 kg. Due to the weight of the flywheel and the high Gauss Power magnet which is used in the housing assembly of the generator, the momentum of the flywheel will remain constant and thus the required output of current can be easily obtained. We cannot used wooden Flywheel or MS (iron) flywheel because the first thing is we cannot get weight benefit in wood and wood fly wheel will get destroyed immediately and the shaft hole will expand and deviate from its dimension due to repeated friction which will result in complete collapse of the whole mechanism. While, if we use MS flywheel, the magnets will attract such flywheel which would not allow rotation of the flywheel.
6. Use of stainless steel 304 material in gear box have the ratio 1:2 which get input of 140-180 RPM and give output of 280-360 RPM which is required to run a generator connected with the gear box, which allows generation of electricity of 5 KW which when
expanded will generate electricity in MW after modifying the parameters, dimensions and capacity of flywheels in the generator accordingly to enhance the capacity of electricity generation and supply.
7. The Generator has low RPM and therefore there will be low rotating resistance which results in minimal resistance issues with respect to the rotation of the fly wheel.
8. Upon extraction of electricity from this mechanism through permanent magnet generator, the generator stability will not decrease under any circumstances because of the use of Three Level IGBT Rectifier & Inverter Technology Ultra High Energy Efficiency Online UPS with Compatible Isolation Transformer.
9. SPMPG can be used in low temperatures i.e. even in minus degrees and as well as in very high temperature (+120 degree Celsius).
10. The life span of the SPMPG is very long as the over hauling period for maintenance of its parts namely bearings, gear box, generator, flywheels, magnets and pedestal varies from three years to fifteen years and the maintenance of the same is nominal and reasonable.
11. SPMPG will produce electricity of any required Alternating Current as demanded and pursuant to the Standard of Energy Regional Office of the concerned nation, i.e. from 120 VAC to any demanded upper limit VAC and from 50 Hz to any demanded upper limit frequency on constant basis.
12. The whole model is in horizontal position and would require only an area of approximately 20 sq. ft. for installation unlike the huge sub-stations.
13. The Generator can also be used as a Mobile generator, if so desired, which does not require any fixed installation imbedded to the earth, as the generator can be lodged on a mobile van or on a trolley.
