Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric
Abstract: This spunbond nonwoven fabric is constituted by a fine fiber with a flattened cross-section that comprises a polyolefin resin monofilament having a fineness of 0.5-2.0 dtex and a flat cross section with a flatness of at least 1.5. When measured according to the KES method, the surface roughness SMD of at least one face of the spunbond nonwoven fabric is 1.0-3.0 µm and the average flexural rigidity B is 0.001-0.020 gf·cm2/cm.

A spun-bonded nonwoven fabric comprising fine modified cross-section fibers made of a polyolefin-based resin, the fine modified cross-section fibers having a single-fiber fineness of 0.5 to 2.0 dtex and a flat cross-section with flatness of 1.5 or more, wherein at least one surface thereof has a surface roughness SMD of 1.0 to 3.0 um as determined by a KES method, and an average flexural rigidity B thereof is 0.001 to 0.020 gf-cm2/cm as determined by the KES method. [Claim 2]
The spun-bonded nonwoven fabric according to claim 1, having an airflow quantity per unit basis weight of 4 to 18 cc/cm2-sec/(g/m2). [Claim 3]
The spun-bonded nonwoven fabric according to claim 1 or 2, having a tensile strength per unit basis weight in a lengthwise direction of 1.0 N/2.5 cm/(g/m2) or more. [Claim 4]
The spun-bonded nonwoven fabric according to any one of claims 1 to 3, having a melt flow rate of 45 to 250 g/10 min.
