Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric, Laminate Nonwoven Fabric, Manufacturing Method Of These And Sanitary Material

Abstract: In order to provide a spunbond nonwoven fabric and laminate nonwoven fabric which, without sacrificing mechanical strength, also achieve excellent bending flexibility for use as a sanitary nonwoven fabric, this spunbond nonwoven fabric is configured from crimped composite fibers comprising a first component, which has a propylene-base polymer as the primary component, and a second component, which as the primary component has a propylene-base copolymer obtained by copolymerization of a-olefin, wherein in the cross-section of the crimped composite fibers, the second component is arranged on the innermost crimping side, and the orientational parameter (I2) of the second component is greater than or equal to 5.0. Further, the laminate nonwoven fabric is obtained by laminating the spunbond nonwoven fabric and at least one elastomer layer.
