Stable Wheel Initials/Monogram

Abstract: THIS IS A VERY SIMPLE TECHNIQUE IN WHICH I HAVE CONNECTED AN INITIALS /MONOGRAM STEEL PLATE DIRECTLY TO THE NON-ROTATING AXLE I HAVE JUST MADE A CENTRAL HOLE OF 10MM IN THE WHEEL CAP AND 15MM CENTRAL HOLE IN WHEEL/BREAK HUB COVER (KATORI) AND USED A 10MM LONG HOLLOW STEEL PIPE TO STABILIZE SCREW AND INITIALS/ MONOGRAM STEEL PLATE WHOSE INTERNAL DIAMETER IS 5MM. AND WELDED A .NUT OF 5MM ON AXEL AND USED A 20MM LONG SCREW TO HOLD METAL PLATE ON ITS POSITION. I WITH MY SOLUTION OF USING A STEEL PIPE IT IS POSSIBLE TO STABILIZE THE INITIALS/ I MONOGRAM STEEL PLATE ON A ROTATING WHEEL.

Specification

Stable Wheel Initials/ Mono-Gram
I have a technique by which I can stabilize the initials/ name (company
monogram) on the rotating wheel which is connected to non-moving/ nonrotating
axel and not to the drive shaft (wheel drive).
By this technique the initials/ monogram (metal circular plate) won't be able to
rotate when the car is in motion.
This technique is applicable on the set of wheels which is not connected with the
drive shaft.
In 4x4 both set of wheels are connected with drive shaft so this technique is not
applicable on 4x4 cars.
The cars in which drive shaft is connected with one set of wheels (either front or
rear) this technique is applicable on that set of wheels which is not connected to
the drive shaft.
As I have experimented on Maruti Suzuki Car (Zen) a 2006 model.
This car work on forward wheel drive, which means front set of wheels are
directly connected with a drive shaft and the rear set of wheels connected to rear
axle which do not rotate when car is in motion.
In this car rear axle is stable and do not rotate rear wheels.
IPO DELHI. 09-0:2-2:016. 17:45
Now I'm explaining the procedure how I have stable the monogram initials plate
by attaching it to the rear axle.
Procedure is as follows:-
Stepl- Weld a nut of 5mm internal diameter on the rear axle.
Step2- Take the wheel/break hub cover (also known as katori in mechanical
language). Than make a 15mm hole at center of this cover (katori).
I P O DELHI - 0 2 - 2016 17 : 45
Step3- Now places the wheel/break hub cover (katori) and the tire back into the
car. Make a central hole of 10mm in the wheel cap; place it back to the wheel.
4
Step4- It's the most important step.
If we screw up the initial /name monogram circular metal plate to the wheel with
a screw then it won't work as the metal plate will cut the wheel cap and it may
cause damage to the wheel also.
There are many problems as well:-
1- If we screw up the initials monogram metal plate directly to the wheel cap
then it will also rotate with the wheel cap.
2- When car runs in reverse gear there is possibility that the screw will loosen
up and fall down.
3- As the car runs in forward direction the initials monogram metal sheet will
cut down the wheel cap.
These problems can be solved by using a 10mm long steel pipe.
By using hollow pipe of 10 mm long I am able to achieve a gap space of lmm
between wheel cap and metal circular plate.
There-fore meal plate is having a space/ gaps with wheel cap hence no friction
between them, no damage is caused to wheel cap.
Step5- Places this hollow pipe on the screw and then screw up the initial
monogram metal plate to the rear axle.
As the rear axle does not rotate, the initials monogram metal sheet will not
rotate as now it is connected directly with rear axle instead of tires (wheels).
Picture showing components / parts used in this technique.
Specifications
There is as such no specification for this technique because every car company
has different measurements for their tires and the things which are taken in use.
I have developed a technique or you can say such a way of connecting the initials
monogram metal sheet directly with non-moving/ non-rotating axel.
But there are requirement for specification and I'm telling the specifications that I
have used in this techniques.
Specification for this car is as following:-
1- A 5mm nut of internal diameter is welded on axel.
2- A 15mm hole at the center of the wheel/break hub covers (katori).
3- A 10mm hole at the center of the wheel cap.
4- A 20mm long screw with 5mm diameter.
5- A 10mm long steel pipe with internal diameter Of 5mm and external
diameter of 7mm.
6- A metal sheet on which initials/ monogram is printed (circular metal plate
of 45mm diameter with 5mm central hole).
7- There is a gap of 1mm between circular metal plate and wheel cap.
There-fore meal plate is having a space/ gaps with wheel cap hence no
friction between them, no damage is caused to wheel cap.
The metal plate is not attached to wheel cap which rotates when car is in
motion thus preventing rotation of metal plate.
Hence name/ monogram circular plate remain fix at one position.

Claim
1) claim that this is the first of its kind that anyone could think to connect an initial
monogram'metal sheet directly to with a non-moving/ non rotating axle. ..
2) I have achieved it by connecting the initial monogram metal sheet directly to nonrotating
axle.
3) Till yet no car company is providingthis type of technology or way of connecting
their initiaIs/monogram to non-rotating axel to their customers.
4).So I wanted that this technology to be patent to meby my name Mr. Mani Jain.
5) And if such technology already exists and is patented to someone or anyfirm in
that case my form is liable to be canceled.
And if not then this technology should be patent to me by my name Mr. Mani jain.
