Abstract: The present invention provides an electrical equipment board raising fixture and an electric equipment board raising method with which an electrical equipment board that is laid horizontally can easily be raised. The raising fixture is equipped with: a raising/lowering device having a base a raising/lowering stand arranged on the upper part of the base and on which an electrical equipment board is placed a link mechanism engaged with the base and the raising/lowering stand and a drive mechanism that raises/lowers the raising/lowering stand; a transport roller mechanism in which multiple transport rollers arranged in the transport direction of the electrical equipment board are arranged on the raising/lowering stand; a raising device having a fixed body a raising stand pivotally mounted on the fixed body a placement body provided on the raising stand and a raising drive mechanism that rotates the raising stand; and a raising roller mechanism in which multiple raising rollers arranged in the transport direction of the electrical equipment board are arranged on the raising stand.

The present invention relates to a standing facility and a standing method of an electrical facility board such as a switchboard, a control board, and a distribution board. BACKGROUND ART

Hitherto, the assembly of various types of apparatuses and the like has been performed in a state where an electrical facility board such as a switchboard, a control board, and a distribution board is overturned. The weight of the electrical facility board after the various types of apparatuses are attached is increased considerably.

As a facility in which various types of apparatuses and the like are assembled in an overturned state, there is one shown in Patent Document 1 (JP-A-2007-313585); however, there is nothing to stand an electrical facility board in which various types of apparatuses and the like are assembled.

In order to stand the electrical facility board whose weight is increased considerably as just described, a standing operation with
a crane is required. In the standing operation with the crane, the overturned electrical facility board is stood while being hoisted and while keeping communication between a manipulator of the crane and a slinging person of a hoisting wire in the presence of an assembler of the electrical facility board. In the aforementioned conventional electrical facility board, since the weight of the electrical facility board after the various types of apparatuses are attached in the overturned state is increased considerably, the standing operation with the crane is required in order to stand the electrical facility board whose weight is increased considerably as just described. In the standing operation with the crane, a problem exists in that it becomes work by a plurality of persons such as the manipulator of the crane, the slinging person of the hoisting wire, and the assembler of the electrical facility board and it requires much time for the work of standing the electrical facility board.

Furthermore, a problem exists in that it depends on technique of
the slinging person who slings the hoisting wire on the overturned electrical facility board and technique of the manipulator of the crane that hoists the overturned electrical facility board and, more particularly, when the overturned electrical facility board is stood, a delicate manipulation skill of the crane is required so that the electrical facility board does not move laterally.

Moreover, many electrical facility boards in which various types of apparatuses and the like are assembled in the overturned states have a weight of approximately 300 kg or more. The overturned electrical facility board of heavy weight such as this is hoisted by a hanging hook portion of the crane; and accordingly, a problem exists in that a load that causes distortion is applied with a hoisting spot as a fulcrum.

The present invention has been made to solve the above described problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a standing facility of an electrical facility board and a standing method of an electrical facility board, which can easily stand an overturned electrical facility board. MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS

According to the present invention, there is provided a standing facility of an electrical facility board, including: a raising/lowering apparatus which has a base, a raising/lowering
platform which is arranged above the base and on which an electrical facility board is to be mounted, a linking mechanism which is engaged to the base and the raising/lowering platform, and a driving mechanism which raises/lowers the raising/lowering platform; a transferring roller mechanism on which a plurality of arranged transferring rollers are arranged on the raising/lowering platform in the transferring direction of the electrical facility board; a standing apparatus which has a fixing body, a standing platform pivotally fitted to the fixing body, a mounting body provided on the standing platform, and a standing driving mechanism which pivots the standing platform; and a standing roller mechanism on which a plurality of arranged standing rollers are arranged on the standing platform in the transferring direction of the electrical facility board.

Moreover, according to the present invention, there is provided a standing method of an electrical facility board, including the steps of: mounting an assembled electrical facility board on a transferring roller mechanism arranged on a raising/lowering platform of a raising/lowering apparatus; pivoting a standing platform of a standing apparatus by a standing driving mechanism to set the standing platform to a horizontal position; raising/lowering the raising/lowering platform by a driving mechanism of the raising/lowering apparatus to match the height position of the transferring roller mechanism on the raising/lowering platform to the height position of a standing roller mechanism on the standing platform; transferring the
electrical facility board mounted on the transferring roller mechanism to the standing roller mechanism on the standing platform; and bringing the electrical facility board into contact with a mounting body of the standing platform to be mounted on the standing roller mechanism on the standing platform and pivoting the standing platform of the standing apparatus by the standing driving mechanism to set the standing platform to a vertical position.

Additionally, according to the present invention, there is provided a standing method of an electrical facility board, including the steps of: fitting a skateboard onto a transferring roller mechanism arranged on a raising/lowering platform of a raising/lowering apparatus; mounting an assembled electrical facility board on the skateboard; pivoting a standing platform of a standing apparatus by a standing driving mechanism to set the standing platform to a horizontal position; raising/lowering the raising/lowering platform by a driving mechanism of the raising/lowering apparatus to match the height position of the transferring roller mechanism on the raising/lowering platform to the height position of a standing roller mechanism on the standing platform; fitting the skateboard on which the electrical facility board is mounted onto the standing roller mechanism and transferring the electrical facility board to the standing roller mechanism on the standing platform together with the skateboard; and bringing the electrical facility board into contact with a mounting body
of the standing platform to be mounted on the standing roller mechanism on the standing platform and pivoting the standing platform of the standing apparatus by the standing driving mechanism to set the standing platform to a vertical position. ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECT OF THE INVENTION [0014]

Hereinafter, Embodiment 1 of the present invention will be described based on FIG. 1 to FIG. 6. In these FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, a raising/lowering apparatus 10 that raises/lowers an electrical facility board 100 is fixed on a floor base 1 such as a surface plate of a facility that assembles the electrical facility board 100 such as a switchboard, a control board, and a distribution board. There is shown a case where the raising/lowering apparatus 10 includes a base 11 fixed on the floor base 1, raising/lowering platforms 12 which are arranged above the base 11 and on which the electrical facility board 100 is to be mounted, a linking mechanism 13 which is engaged to the base 11 and the raising/lowering platforms 12, and a driving mechanism 14 which raises/lowers the raising/lowering platforms 12.

The linking mechanism 13 has a first crossbar 15 and a second crossbar 18. One side 15a of the first crossbar 15 is pivotally and removably supported to a first supporting shaft 16 provided on the base 11; and the other side 15b of the first crossbar 15 is pivotally attached in a propellant manner to a first propellant shaft 17 movably arranged in a horizontal direction in the drawing of FIG. 1, for example, on a lower surface portion of the raising/lowering platforms 12. Furthermore, one side 18a of the second crossbar 18 is pivotally and removably supported to a second supporting shaft 19 provided on the raising/lowering platforms 12; and the other side 18b of the second crossbar 18 is pivotally

The driving mechanism 14 is coupled to the second propellant shaft 20 and a raising/lowering spindle 14a is coupled to, for example, the first crossbar 15. The linking mechanism 13 is moved upward or downward by the advancement and retraction of the raising/lowering spindle 14a of the driving mechanism 14 to raise/lower the raising/lowering platforms 12 in a vertical direction.

The standing driving mechanism 55 is attached to the fixing body 51 and a standing spindle 55a is coupled to the standing platform 54. The standing platform 54 is pivoted by the advancement and retraction of the standing spindle 55a of the standing driving mechanism 55.

There is shown a case where standing roller mechanisms 60 are
arranged on the standing platform 54 in the transferring direction of the electrical facility board 100 and standing rollers 61 of the standing roller mechanisms 60 are arranged in at least two rows with a space therebetween. There is shown a case where the standing roller 61 of the standing roller mechanism 60 is rotatably attached to a support 62 provided on the standing platform 54 by a stopper 63.

Next, a standing method of the electrical facility board 100 in this Embodiment 1 will be described. The electrical facility board 100 that is overturned is mounted on the transferring rollers 31 of the transferring roller mechanisms 30 arranged on the raising/lowering platforms 12 of the raising/lowering apparatus 10 and the raising/lowering platforms 12 are raised/lowered by the driving mechanism 14 of the raising/lowering apparatus 10 so as to be height in which the attachment of various types of apparatuses to the electrical facility board 100 becomes easy.

Work of standing the electrical facility board 100 in which various types of apparatuses are assembled is started. During the assembly work of the electrical facility board 100, the standing platform 54 of the standing apparatus 50 is retained at a position in a vertical direction as shown in FIG. 1 and the standing platform 54 of the standing apparatus 50 is pivoted by the standing driving mechanism 55 to set the standing platform 54 to a horizontal position as shown in FIG. 3.

Therefore, the standing method of the electrical facility board 100 in this Embodiment 1 does not require the standing operation with the crane like the conventional way described above and is not the work by a plurality of persons such as the manipulator of the crane, the slinging person of the hoisting wire, and the assembler of the electrical facility board 100, but it becomes the work by one person of the assembler of the electrical facility board 100. Therefore, much time is not required for the work of standing the electrical facility board 100 and the electrical facility board 100 can be stood by simple work and in a short time.

Furthermore, the standing method of the electrical facility board 100 in this Embodiment 1 does not depend on the technique of the slinging person who slings the hoisting wire on the overturned
electrical facility board and the technique of the crane manipulator who hoists the overturned electrical facility board, like the conventional way described above; and, more particularly, the standing method of the electrical facility board 100 in this Embodiment 1 does not require the delicate manipulation skill of the crane so as not to move the electrical facility board laterally and is excellent in safeness when the overturned electrical facility board is stood.

Moreover, as in the conventional way described above, the electrical facility board having a weight of approximately 300 kg or more, on which various types of apparatuses and the like are assembled in the overturned state, is hoisted by the hanging hook portion of the crane; and accordingly, the load that causes distortion is applied with the hoisting spot as the fulcrum. However, in this Embodiment 1, the standing operation is performed while retaining the whole of the electrical facility board 100; and therefore, a load that causes distortion is not applied and it is excellent in reliability.

attachment of various types of apparatuses to the electrical facility board 100 becomes easy.

a transferring roller mechanism on which a plurality of arranged transferring rollers are arranged on said raising/lowering platform in the transferring direction of said electrical facility board;
a standing apparatus which has a fixing body, a standing platform pivotally fitted to said fixing body, a mounting body provided on said standing platform, and a standing driving mechanism which pivots said standing platform; and
a standing roller mechanism on which a plurality of arranged standing rollers are arranged on said standing platform in the transferring direction of said electrical facility board.
2. The standing facility of the electrical facility board
according to claim 1,
wherein said transferring rollers are arranged in at least two rows with a space therebetween.
3. The standing facility of the electrical facility board
according to claim 1 or claim 2,
wherein said standing rollers are arranged in at least two rows
with a space therebetween.
4. The standing facility of the electrical facility board
according to any one of claim 1 to claim 3,
wherein said transferring roller of said transferring roller mechanism and said standing roller of said standing roller mechanism are arranged at axial line positions in the same transferring direction.

comprising:
a raising/lowering apparatus which has a base, a raising/lowering platform which is arranged above said base and on which an electrical
facility board is to be mounted, a linking mechanism which is engaged

mechanism which raises/lowers said raising/lowering platform;
a transferring roller mechanism on which a plurality of arranged transferring rollers are arranged on said raising/lowering platform in the transferring direction of said electrical facility board;
a standing apparatus which has a fixing body, a standing platform pivotally fitted to said fixing body, a mounting body provided on said standing platform, and a standing driving mechanism which pivots said standing platform;
a standing roller mechanism on which a plurality of arranged standing rollers are arranged on said standing platform in the transferring direction of said electrical facility board at an axial line position that is the same as the transferring direction of
said transferring roller of said transferring roller mechanism; and
a skateboard which is movably fitted onto said transferring rollers of said transferring roller mechanism and is also capable of being fitted onto said standing rollers of said standing roller mechanism.
6. The standing facility of the electrical facility board
according to claim 5,
wherein said transferring rollers are arranged in at least two rows with a space therebetween.

the steps of:
mounting an assembled electrical facility board on a transferring roller mechanism arranged on a raising/lowering platform of a raising/lowering apparatus;
pivoting a standing platform of a standing apparatus by a standing
driving mechanism to set said standing platform to a horizontal position;
raising/lowering said raising/lowering platform by a driving mechanism of said raising/lowering apparatus to match the height position of said transferring roller mechanism on said raising/lowering platform to the height position of a standing roller mechanism on said standing platform;
transferring said electrical facility board mounted on said transferring roller mechanism to said standing roller mechanism on said standing platform; and
bringing said electrical facility board into contact with a mounting body of said standing platform to be mounted on said standing roller mechanism on said standing platform and pivoting said standing platform of said standing apparatus by said standing driving mechanism to set said standing platform to a vertical position.
10. A standing method of an electrical facility board, comprising the steps of:
fitting a skateboard onto a transferring roller mechanism arranged on a raising/lowering platform of a raising/lowering apparatus;
mounting an assembled electrical facility board on said skateboard;
pivoting a standing platform of a standing apparatus by a standing driving mechanism to set said standing platform to a horizontal
position;
raising/lowering said raising/lowering platform by a driving mechanism of said raising/lowering apparatus to match the height position of said transferring roller mechanism on said raising/lowering platform to the height position of a standing roller mechanism on said standing platform;
fitting said skateboard on which said electrical facility board is mounted onto said standing roller mechanism and transferring said electrical facility board to said standing roller mechanism on said standing platform together with said skateboard; and
bringing said electrical facility board into contact with a mounting body of said standing platform to be mounted on said standing roller mechanism on said standing platform and pivoting said standing platform of said standing apparatus by said standing driving mechanism to set said standing platform to a vertical position.
